Just plain rude because I asked to look at the rewards they were trying to sell me before I agree to anything. Hire some nicer more competent staff!
12 hour delay, I honestly don't know what to say at this point but Mango has been a waste of time and money. I can say for sure I'll never be making use of your services again and I'll most definitely warn everyone I know to not fly Mango.
I've been an MTN client for many years but I will definitely be changing service provider after they had me get phone insurance from Callsure about 7 or 8 years ago. This insurance company have been debiting me for 6+ years with no communications whatsoever, a very unprofessional unreliable company to associate yourself with. It was a mission just to find out who this mysterious EPIC3 debit order was coming from but I finally found them today. So in conclusion, MTN has cost me about R8000 over the years that I have paid for absolutely nothing!
I have been debited by this company for cell insurance on a phone that I have not owned for over 6 years now, no communications or any word from them. Keeping quiet to rob people of their money. I lost about R8000 to this company!
Telkom somehow allowed someone to fraudulently open two new contracts on my account. I picked this up only two days after it happened and went into a service center where I was told I had to get an affidavit and return back to the store which I did the next day. I was then assisted at the store in Melrose Arch and told that I would be contacted within 72hours, it has now been 21 days and I have received an invoice for my account which is over R600 more that I will have to pay, I have also tried contacting the "Social Media Forces" yeah... no surprise that I'm not getting a response from them either.
Over the weekend I was going through the #pikfest game catalog and saw game advertising 2 PlayStation 4 or 2 Xbox one games for R500. I thought this is a good deal and decided to go buy two games. First I went to Eastgate where I was told that only the games that are visible in the catalog are part of this promotion. Now there were 5 ps4 games and 1 xbox game in that picture... I thought that's strange and left without a purchase. A friend of mine then said he got two games at a Capetown branch for R500 so I went during my lunch now to the Rosebank branch where Gerald helped me, he first went to confirm the games I wanted, he came back and said all is well, I went to the till to pay and was let down yet again and being told the games I want are not part of the promotion. I'm now very frustrated and confused. There is obviously a mistake in the advert as it does not mention that the promotion is only on "selected titles only" and also the staff is then very ill-informed.
<p>God Day to whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a Beame tracker installed in my car and I'm in need of the installation certificate, I phoned on friday and managed to get through to a consultant who then told me the certificate will be emailed to me... This never happened. I have tried multiple times today to get through to a consultant but everytime I'm on hold the line just gets cut. This is very annoying! <p>Good day to whom it may concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>I saw a pretty good deal in your catalogue last week on an Asus laptop that I then wanted to purchase on Friday so I got in my car and drove to Dion wired in Greenstone mall were I was then told the item is out of stock. I then spoke to Anele who told me I can make a payment and he guaranteed that the item will be there on Monday (today). I then proceeded to make the payment but the cashier said she maid a mistake on the payment and had to start over, at that point I told her not to worry about it, I will pay on Monday when I come collect the item, I then spoke to Anele again and he yet again promised he would phone me on Monday to come buy the item...</p> <p> </p> <p>Weekend goes by and later the afternoon I phone the Greenstone store and then asked if the stock has arrived, the lady on the other end had no interest in checking for me and then just put me through to Anele who did not answer, this happened twice.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then drove to the store to see if I could find more on this ridiculous mystery, not surprised I was told again that there is no stock, this time Stephan helped me and he tried phoning other branches but they were also out of stock, not that I was going to buy anything from dion wired anymore at this point. <p>So my girlfriend and I are at Pandora in greenstone mall with a voucher and and would like to get the black Friday special which is 3 for 2. Their system accepting the voucher is offline and all the store manager can say is "sorry we can't help" we eventually had to get her to phone higher management they were able to help. I just felt there was a lack of respect for the customer from management which was really unpleasant and time consuming</p>
