I had a 20 minute consultation with a dr that was running late rushed through my consult and there is no communication with regards to my results and discovery hasn’t received my claim as yet!!
Hi What an awesome Doctor but at his office they do NOT answer phones or emails !!!
Minus 1 .. accounts department Ref : 1-56693739797 they will tell you debit will go off on the 1st and it still goes off on the 21st. Pathetic service
- I have emailed Lancet 3 times for an outstanding amount owing and I haven’t received any feedback, and their call Centre and Accounts Centre will not answer the phone - how will I pay for an amount that they haven’t confirmed
Uncouth, no Manner whatsoever , as loud as they come and please be careful for this practice is in breach of contract with Discovery - the only Rule that applies to this practice is Money money money …despite having signed a contract with Discovery this practice demanded the amount. Initially they asked for the full amount without checking if medical Aid paid , Be prepared to get 1 invoice for full amount and another after medical aid has paid .
Disappointed is an understatement, I have sent through each document atleast 3 times and after a day I get an email saying documents outstanding, I used the Whats app platform send them the document again , the consultant say all is in order and this morning another email that medical aid bill is needed. I have been with this company for 10 years and they’ve changed from Co to Co . I pay my premiums on time but I have to beg for my money and they have the proof from lab as well as POP
Amanda @ Dr Dindar has no way of talking to elderly patients, when a patient calls to ask what time to come in she rudely says to come at 7:30 and 8:05 she still hasn’t opened, the fact that she was rude threatening that the patient will go late into theatre she needs to proper etiquette..

<p>Hi , I joined this club and after looking into it, I asked to cancel my subscription I paid the cancellation fee and still my debit order goes off and when I call to ask they ask me to reverse debit with bank after giving me assurance on numerous occasions that this month debit order will go off, and they refuse to assist further </p>
