Im writing this on my friends profile. I Clinton West have been struggling with aarto to remove enforcement orders from my name. I own a motorbike in Cape Town and someone is driving with my no plates in joburg on a Suzuki car and i have a motorcycle which lisence disc i cant get. AARTO still havnt removed the admin mnark from my name after i sent them my motorcycle lisence papers. Its been coming on for more than 4 months. I reported my water damage to ABSA home insurance on Saturday 19 April 2025 easter weekend. and up untill today there has been no feedback. ABSA wants me to run after them. Ive called a few times but to no avail. There is absolutely no customer service. they dont even have the decency to keep me the customer informed regarding the status of my claim. Even up until right now 08 May 20255 @ 11h05 am. No communication from ABSA. They appointed a service who then submitted their report on 25 April 2025. Dear Customer Thank you for your request. I reported my claim 23 April 2025. Up untill today i dont know whats happening with claim no 5495464. There is absolutely no customer service. I had to run after them to find out whats going on with my claim. This is how ABSA homeloan insurance treats customers. And because they are not informning about whats going on its frustrating because when you call they dont tell you anything either, just the claim handler will call you back. I bought a kettle from Shoprite Town Center Mitchells Plain at the OK Mall branch on 22 February 2024. Then after a month or 2 it didnt want to switch off so i took it in and they had a staff member fix the lid, but i didnt get my box back but held on to my receipt. Thinking its my guarantee. Then last night the kettle packed up. So i took it to the store and the lady told me she cant exchange it without the box and booklet found in the box. I was totally stunned because i was told hold on to your receipt as your receipt is your gaurantee. Im speechless because if i knew then what i know now i wouldve asked for the box and booklet back. To Shoprite the box and booklet is more important than the proof of purchase. Im so perturbed, frustrated and dissapointed its unbelieveable.The store where i spend money everyday did me just like that. Im stunned i expected more as i had my proof of purchase. Shoprite has today proven they are utterly worthless and theres no after sales service for customers.

Ive been waiting 3 hours for someone to attend to me since 09h30 this morning and it still remains hang in there, nearly there, still finding an agent and its a busy day today. I bought a vehicle from a lady and cant register the vehicle because of an outstanding warrant on the ladies name. Ive contacted the prosecutor had the fine reduced and still isnt able to pay it so i can register the vehicle on my name. And Bitou municipality staff is so unhelpful its just unbelieveable. Never in my whole life have a ever struggled this much with a municipality. I even asked to lift the admin mark so i can go register and no they wont. Its been 4 weeks that ive been trying to sort out this mess. Theres communication and everything but somehow its just not possible. And the arrear lisence fees goes up every month by 22%. I dont know what else to do anymore. Its time waisting and stressful dealing with Bitou municipality staff and asking for help. Its just seriously unbelieveable. I wonder how much the plettenberg bay residents struggle and suffer .

Flycool customer service after sales levels are more than putrit its diagusting or let me tell the truth absent. They dont reply on emails, whatsap or calls. Their live chat is just as absent. I would rarther recommend that people try another service provider. They reminding about when i joined them. They took my R389 and my neighbours all paid R200 and something and got my installation last and i paid before my neighnours. As i discovered this through our conversations about our internet installation experiences. They are quick to let you know they didnt get their money but slow to fix your problems. Stay away from flycool
Good morning im so pertebed right now. In 2005 i took out a homeloan with absa for R130 000.00. My initial instalment was R2000 per month. At the same time a friend of mine took out a bond of R250 000 and he was also paying R2000 per month.They received their money on time everytime via my salary deduction. In 2020 i took a payment vacation and after that my bond was restructured to meet my arrears. I was involved in the process and signed off on it. Now i discover that on 13 August 2023 absa restructured my bond again adding an additional 3 months to my bond term without my knowledge or approval. I tried to deposit money into my bond flexi reserve only to discover absa removed it and placed a hold on my bond. Now that im almost finish absa is coming up with all sorts of reasons to extend my bond term to milk me for more money. And they dont even bother involving me in any decisions they make. I AM USING THIS PLATFORM TO EMPLORE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM USING ABSA HOMELOANS. Please choose another financial service provider. As absa will create ways to extend your term and get more money out of you.
