I always use to buy from them. I paid for two items with the link one deal a day sent me. A faulty link supplied. Money went off. Now it is expected of me to get ahold of there Supplier through whom they do banking "Yoco" to sort out the payment problem. After I supplied proof of payment. Tried to contact tact Yoco but they are just as poor at service center. It's been 5 hours later and still no calls or anything. No one is even trying to sort the matter out. It is just easy for them to think I have money to throw around.

I have been trying to cancel my contract since May but they always transfer me from person or say i had to follow up even though i have and they will escalate it but i cannot speak to retention other wise i will be on the phone to long
i am having a big prob with medical aid not communicating and not phoning me back and i have phoned since the 20/05/2020 everyday
Good afternoon. We have bought a tv from you. Delivery was supposed to take place yesterday. The item has been out for delivery since yesterday. none of your contact numbers work. I have phone more then 3 times and been on hold for more then an hour and then just get cut off. After sales sucks. I only bought it through takealot for the ebucks not worth it
I have spoken. to sifiso Imtolo and he refuses to assist me as he refuses to speak to his manager to assist me with my upgrade. he has said to me that he will not put me though to someone ells and he has been trained to do his job yet when i explain to him that there is a prob with your new system he has explicitly told me i dont know what im talking about and he knows his system. refusing head on that he is right i his word is god..
I have not had any after service. everyone that i have spoken to has to leave a msg for someone else or send a email and im told to wait for a service. this has been going on since april
