I honestly cannot understand, I've been waiting for a settlement letter for my VAF for over 2 months. They keep saying it will be sent, than they say I have to request another one cause the previous one expired! *** is wrong with the people working in the VAF department? Can we please catch a wake up! I don't see how people can do business with you! When they want the business they're all in, but when you need assistance! You might wait until they Kingdom come! Wow And train your agents to be more professional on the phone! One guy had such an attitude! Gosh

It is with DEEP regret that I have to write this review on here, but i don't think anyone at MTN Direct on CCI understands how vital customer services are in a huge business like this, I have been your client for many years, I was called by a certain agent from CCI, who assisted me with my upgrade, it was accepted on the 5th of May and I was called by DSV to deliver my phone on the 10th. I had to do a follow up, because my phone was never delivered. Only to find out that DSV has received instruction to return the phone to the Wearhouse without any valid reason. I have been on the phone since, and every single person that I spoke to from MTN direct promised to help solve this. Its been more than a week, and still no one could help. I tried speaking to CCI, but they are so incompetent, and plain rude. My question to you (MTN) is: How do you associate yourself with such people? How o you disclose my personal information to a 3rd party without notifying me? I accept that i should've asked more questions, but They said that they are calling from MTN. It is a disgrace to be associated with people that is out there to harm your reputation. I called this morning 19 May 2022 and spoke to a lady that i think actually wants to help, but her hands are also tied, because she cant access anything as it was done with CCI, whom i don't want to deal with as explained. This has been going on for way to long, let me tell you, the people who manages your social platforms (I refer to Facebook) are just as incompetent and a bunch of lairs! they have been escalating this for over a week, and no response? Lets not evet talk about your complaints Department, My God, I've emailed them and never even received a response.. GOSH MTN you need to wake up and smell the coffee. I am 100% certain that I am one of 1000's with the same Issues. Please WAKE UP, and get this matter sorted, and stop giving out personal information to 3rd parties, If you can't do it yourself, Than DONT DO IT. I am seriously disappointed in YOU MTN! YOU FAILED me as a loyal client. Its really a SHAME that i was prepared to pay so much money on a contract, it might not be much to you, But it contributes to your business, and that's the saddest part. Do you know how many ours of my day I had to call your agents, with still no resolution!!! its an Absolute SHAME!!! Highly disappointed client!!!!
An absolute disgrace. The called me for an MTN upgrade. I haven't received any emails or SMS after my upgrade was done, I received a call from DSV advising that they will deliver my package today, The also didn't give me any tracking number. I called DSV today, held on for 30min, only to find out that they where instructed by CCI to return the package, when I call CCI, they have no Idea why. They are taking people for a ride, if you want to do an upgrade, rather go to the service provider instead of this useless people! They send you from pillar to post

How do you get that? Each time I call I hold for more then 45 minutes without answer? Where are your call centre agent's? Are their playing or working? Don't they know that the 1st rule of a call centre is, to make sure all calls are answered as soon as possible. I just called at 7..... held on until 07:45? Still high calibre volumes? Please get your Act together..... or get professional people to work on your call centre... or are there only one person working there? Poor service...... I hope they can contact me... so I can settle my contract... and close it.... even though I wanted to upgrade.... No THANK YOU.... I won't even refer anyone to them....... Their never available when you call them.... Gosh get your act together.</p>
