All the ATM's in Centurion as well as Banks are being closed. If you need to go into a branch you wait hours due to lack of personnel. I have to draw money from ABSA or FNB,s ATM,s which are everywhere. If you see your Standard Banks expensive bank fees, you have to wonder what are you paying for? Probably for one or other sport sponsorship. Fed up.
I had 2 open stomach surgeries and had to buy a mattress online. Got friendly service and a mattress was suggested to me. I bought said mattress and then there was problems to get said mattress. I waited patiently and it eventually arrived. I was quite bedridden at the time after spending 2 months in high care in hospital. Now after a while the mattress is bulging out at the sides like a burst balloon. From the beginning it also made indentations on top after a vew weeks. I phoned the Mattress Factory and while my mattress is still under guarantee and a 15 year warrentee, I have to sit with tnis piece of expensive rubbish because, listen closely prospective buyers, I did not buy a mattress protector from them. WHY PAY EXTRA WHEN I HAD MY OWN WATERPROOF PIERRE CARDIN MATTRESS PROTECTOR? The sales person also did not say you wil have problems with returns if you do not buy their mattress protector with returns. It was in the fine print, I was in too much pain and too tired to read the fine print. This is just nonsense. So if you buy there buy their mattress protector otherwise you will sit with a expensive mattress that is still under guarentee and warrentee, that is junk. I will save for 3 months and go buy a mattress somewhere else. They can come and fetch their junk and do with it whatever they want. I will NEVER EVER BUY THERE AGAIN. LESSON LEARNED. I ordered and payed for a item on 15 May 2021. Today is the 15th of July. No product delivered no feedback. I am getting really frustrated wit them. Not acceptable!!!
I bought and payed for a item on the 13th of May 2021 Order #3316 I received a email and said they experienced problems with the item and I will receive it 2 weeks later. Today is the 28th of June and I still have not received my payed for item. They to not respond on ANY emails and they have no telephone number where you can contact them. I am very frustrated with this company.
My Drivers licence has expired and I have been trying to make a online appointment online at Centurion for more than a month and no slots are available. No one answers phones and I do not know what to do. I will not pay a fine if they check my licence. I just want to put this on record. Can anyone help me?
It was determined that my Television was damaged by the courriers or wherever. I still have not received any response from Takealot and my TV is still not replaced. I payed for a broken tTV, had it for 3 days, had to send it back to be replaced, it was badly damaged during transport (looks as if it was done on purpose) and I have nothing and no word from Takealot. I am disgusted and angry. It feels as if I have been robbed. My TV needs to be replaced. I need answers
I bought Highsense tv and when we put it on a thin ble line ran over the screen. I asked for a replacement. I carefully packaged the tv in thick plastic and a protector on the screen. The photos I received for the rejection of the replacement of the tv was shocking. It looked like my packaging was pupusefully destructed and the whole screen was destroyed!. I took so much care in packaging the tv and wrote on top too be carefull where the screen is and now I have nothing. The courrier threw somethin on top and broke my tv now I have nothing. I am devistated. I will not and have never tried to scam a place. My tv did not look like it was through a accident when I packaged it I am not a chancer and am really rally so sad about how they treated me I will never ever buy anything from takealot again. People be carefull when you send a package. It will be damaged during transport. The tv was destructed by their courrier and I ost all my money and btand new tv in the process.

<p>I am a 16 year premium DSTV SUBSCRIBER. After succesfully applying for the explora price lock package. I was told my exploa would arrive within 5 -7 working days. I wrote a complaint after 11 days of no reaction to my enquiries and no explora. I wrote a review on Hellopeter and A person from DSTV said they will contact me soon. Today is 21 days after I was promised a explora with the price lock package. Guess what no explora and NO one from DSTV has contacted me. I am frustrated, upset and very dissapointed at DSTV</p>
<p>I am a 16 year DSTV PREMIUM package customer. Phoned DSTV for the explora price lock deal. My application was succesful and I would receive my explora decoder within 5 - 7 work days. Problem is 14 days. No explora no reaction to any phone enquiries nothin. Dont advertise on tv how easy and simple and quick it is af you cannot deliver the service. Also tell people you have to search for a installer yourself if you one day should receive your explora. Really dissapointed in DSTV</p>
