Got a WhatsApp from Supersonic this morning, informing me of my overdue account with them, and they will be suspending my service. They have done that now. I paid on the 1st December. Have tried since 09h13 this morning to contact them via calls and what'sapp , with no joy or anyone answering. I have a month to month account that I pay religiously. As for the speed we pay for and the speed we get, that's all together another story.
Very bad to no service in the Cedar Lakes area. For the past few months, we have our 20mps line that's down. We run a business from home, and this really affects us. Today, we had service the whole day, and during load shedding. As we have a inverter. After loadshedding, NOTHING. 0mps up, 0mps down. ***? Really
Makro online. Have about had it with this useless company. Mak1093275. Have had numerous calls saying delivery will be on Monday then Tuesday, then a call saying they promise that it would Thursday, promise promise promise. We'll it's now Friday, still no coffee machine. I will be taking this up with the consumer council and any other organization that can help me. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING.
Having sent our Russell Hobbs coffee machine back to Makro Online, after it exploded on us. We were in contact since the 1st August 2019. To this day, I am atill waiting for the delivery back to us. This is after spending more than 3 hours in phone calls to the call center, and the head of Makro Online, nothing has come from this. This is the worst service from any company I have had to deal with in my life.
There has been no one answering the phones at their call centre, and passing the buck for their terrible service. apparently, some pencil neck at Roku head office in California, has decided that Africa is a bad investment, and he decided to switch off all users in South Africa and in Zimbabwe. 13000 in SA, and over 20 000 in Zim. no apology and no explanation.
This character from Smonline, took money from me to take over my website, and for addwords. Then suddenly disappeared into thin air. all his promises came to naught, and he didn't do anything for the website or for my company. Needless to say after many hours and many many phone calls from myself and my girlfriend, i have had no response and no refund of my money that i paid over to him. He seems to be carrying on as per normal, and am sure he is cheating more people out of their money. i am convinced he is a fraud and a con man
