You know what kind of experience your going to have when both staff and management is standing around on their phones, chatting like there's no tomorrow, while customers are waiting around for assistance
This I just a follow up on how ********** the service is at the Broadway branch in Strand. I have placed a review 2 months ago and got a phone call regarding my issue and was told I will be contacted after an investigation. That was the last communication we had, 2 months ago!! Since then I went back twice, only to be face with the exact same challenges, from exactly the same staff. It's atrocious. I work in customer service and I know there's standards, but this is absolutely ridiculous
The Experience at this store has been absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable staff, great online store interface and extremely friendly staff. Would recommend 10/10 times
I've written a review 2 weeks ago about how bad the service was at Hungry Lion Broadway and was told that a customer service agent would reach out to me regarding my experience. Since then, I have visited the branch again and had the same experience, if not worse. This time it was both the service and food that was a let down. It was overcooked, and had no flavor at all. And on top of that, There was no communication from any representative from Hungry Lion. This is extremely disappointing as this branch was one of my favorites to frequent.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited the branch in Strand, on Broadway. The service absolutely sucked. The cashier had an issue with the till and it literally took the manager 5 mins to casually stroll from the kitchen, just to authorize something. The line was out the door and I get that it was a busy time but when the manager was asked, not confronted, about it she absolutely flipped her lid. I work and live in the area and i have never experienced this unpleasantness.
Fries were ice cold and old. i understand that delivery takes time but the quality of the food was just ridiculous. My drink was flat with absolutely no gas.
<p>My wife and I visited the FIX in somerset mall on Sunday 04/12/2016 and received no service at all. My wife quaried if a certain item was on sale and got shrugged off by one of the girls behind the till point (have no names as neither of them had name tags). When we eventually went to the till points one of the assistants were on the phone and the other didnt seem to know if the item was on sale when the one on the phone rudely came, took the item away and told her collegue (not the customer) that the item was not on sale and just walked away. That was the end of it, no communication with me or my wife. We just left the other items we were to buy and left the store </p>
