Bad Service from Santam
I am having difficulty making contact with Santam to initiate a new cover contract.. Many online requests are ignored. After I telephoned, I was told I would get a call in a few minutes..no luck !!! Eventaully I managed to speak to someone who is "still learning".. 40 minutes of sheer frustration. Another call again and I was promised a manager would get back to me. Still no luck !! If this is how Santam goes about writing new business, then I dread to think what having a claim would involve..

Santam poor Service
I am trying to cancel my policy with Santam insurance. I have sent 3 emails, telephoned and spoken to a consultant and also now appealed to their complaints dept. who replied with a computer generated response that they would try to assist within 3 working days. There is also no response from a call-back request on their app. Meanwhile the debit order continues off my account. What more must I do ???

Excellent service at Medirite
Excellent service at Medirite in Checkers, Moffett on Main, Walmer, Port Elizabeth.. Staff are most friendly and helpful, especially the pharmacist lady in charge.

Spar Friendly Service
I shop where I get the best friendly service and quality. The staff at Spar, Figtree Park Port Elizabeth are super helpful and friendly. They even assisted me to carry a pocket of oranges to the checkout. Keep it up and you'll have a customer forever.
