If there could be lower I would give 0. Ka Selowa - the employee - had been incredibly disgustingly rude to me over the phone when accepting a package. He states I have 2 minutes or he's leaving. To get down there takes about 3/4? He has left without my knowledge. Never rereads the special instructions. I have been so kind to him, and so nice to him. He just hates me for some reason? Or is this how he is all the time? Horrible service.
If 0 stars could be given, I would have rather put that. Vodacom Eastgate was useless - or rather - the consultant Precious, did not have any understanding of technology or the inner workings of contracts or telephones. She called me a child though I am 31 due to getting frustrated. She then proceeded to state "just stop with us then and block your number". Fantastic service, right? Truly appalling Vodacom. Now my services are deactivated? I have been with Vodacom for an immensely long time. Generally good. Will be stopping very soon. Vodacom Eastgate - useless.
Friend could not walk and no wheelchair assistance was provided. After finally finding the wheelchair station, located far within the mall, ID,P p drivers licence and 100 Rand was requested for assistance. ************** of disability took place and this was a truly awful experience. The ladies working behind the desk, nonchalantly, brushed us aside and inferred we were going to ***** the wheelchair.
I submitted a claim through FNB short term insurance as my device was damaged. I must have called 25 times to find out information with no success. I truly don't recommend this insurance, and, with all the running around and admin involved, it seems like a ****.
I took out comprehensive insurance for my device. I cannot even leave a message? I have attempted to claim through every channel. Not impressed.

Financial services provides no help and will not guide me. Sent through all FICA documents, multiple times, yet no one has them? Shocking service. To just hang up a call after 10 minutes of waiting? Not impressed at all.
My fiancé attempted to book with them. However, after payment was completed they entirely erased her and her email address. They are fraudulent and something should be done!!!!!!! The flight was reserved in her name, yet, they have not paid and will not answer phone calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was told that my credit limit increase was approved. First pre-approved, then telephonically. I have followed all measures and steps but now they have stated that it is not approved. This is just blatant lies. I will be changing banks. I believe most people should.
