I really would like to tank Vinnie L. for sorting out my vehicle claim. I had my vehicle knocked at my company parking while I was at a meeting. Process was fast and easy. The second I processed my claim Vinnie responded. Vinnie had great turn around times when asking questions. Needed a vehicle rental extension, no problem ,2 min later extended by Vinnie L. I am not gonna Lie, my vehicle took longer to repair than expected, but after receiving the vehicle the workmanship and outcome made up for it.
Avoid at all cost. Placed a big order which I still have not received after 2 weeks because they don't have any delivery and depend on a outsourced company. Each time I followed up, there is a different excuse. One agent will tell me a truck is on the way and the other agent will say stock still at manufacturer. No support, in fact it is so bad they will turn of their whatsapp business line and ignore your calls and emails. It is so bad that I will need to get ombudsman involved.
Good day I just would like to bring to your attention. yesterday 1/12/21 at 16:50:38 N1 City Goodwood branch I received a burger as in the attached images. How does a person get this right? Is there no quality control? We are regular customers almost daily and it is sad to see the service we get. I would greatly appreciate it if you can step up your quallity control, and I find it very hard to get half a burger when paying full price. Regards Kobus Meiring
Pinehurst KFC branch has lately provided exceptional good service. - Drinks are cold and fresh - Meals where fresh - Quick service through a very busy drive through - Manager was very positive with the staff encouraging the staff to set out good dishes with a speedy service
Hi Dros Okavango, I would like to inform you that we did not have a great experience at your Okavango restaurant. We ordered 1 simple breakfast and a breakfast bun. after a 40 min wait which I do not mind because it was a busy morning we received a cold breakfast with old chips. the butter and cheese did not even melt on the bun and toast. Our table was not cleaned and had coffee lip stains on the coffee mug which was socking during the time of covid-19. We had to ask to send the coffee back. Myself and my partner will not be seeing this restaurant soon. please take note that the waiter was very friendly and gave her a good tip. Regards
I always seem to have a problem with your N1 City Cape Town Branch. With every order strictly asking for black coffee, I get white coffee. it has been a daily thing. For first time not having problem with receiving the wrong coffee order today , I decided to get a Apple juice. It tasted like it has been topped up with 70% water and I have been sick the whole morning! not supporting that branch ever again
So it is my GF birthday today. Ordered her 2 things from Takealot to make her day more special. Open my order and instead of a lovely gift I received pampers wet wipes. The other Item was not as described in the picture at all. There goes my boyfriend of the year award. I am so unhappy that I could not give her something for her birthday this morning. After supporting this company for so many years, I regret to say that I will not be buying from them in a while. Not until they have stepped up their quality control.
I am so disappointed! 14/12/2018 order number 1152. Vredekloof #15 Sinalo I will keep this sort , but please note that I will never support burger king SA ever again. I have ordered the following: x 2 rodeo king burgers meals including chips and diet pepsi's 1x small cheese burger as a snack on my way home. The lady repeated my order and I was happy. On my way home I wanted to eat my small cheese burger and guess what, its not there!!!! I turned my car around and found it impossible to do a return because the drive through and parking space was crazy. I said to myself, ah everyone makes mistakes and tried to forget about it. When I got home there was no ice in my drink, and the 2 drinks was warm and flat!!!!!!!!!! Is there no quality control people? and when I wanted to eat my chips both packets where placed upside down causing the chips to be all over the paper bag. Come on Burger king !!! I cannot believe I spent R174.80 on a missing burger and 2 flat drinks. And please do not mention anything about checking my order before I leave. It is really difficult opening my order checking drings when I am the only driver in the car during peak hours at night. I am fed up. Regards
I purchased a new vehicle and the easiest was for the dealer to arrange insurance for my new motor. I was at the verge of canceling my current policy with Miway Insurance , but as always it comes down to professionalism and cost savings, so I decided to call Miway and was assisted by Itumeleng Koko. She understood exactly what I wanted and I can honestly rave and say thanks for the excellent service Itumeleng. I am happy with my rate and happy to continue another 3 years with Miway.
