Poorest Service in ever seen. They do not bother to respond on email escalation Even the previous review didn't get their attention

No response: Purchased vouchers not sent
No response on emails, their system made me buy 2 times Vouchers because it kept saying transaction/payment not successful meanwhile deducting twice on my bank account to date the vouchers that we purchased 23 December not yet issued which they will probably say they expire tomorrow I will be logging a dispute with the ombudsman 0780157179

No Value for money
The worst product ,mispresentation of the cover,No value for money , Agents giving wrong information twice on the accidental cover again on the gap cover its 3 years of my premiums going to waste and unfortunately I will be logging a dispute.

Seamless processing and they deliver on their promises, no loopholes like other companies i know , they tell u upfront of the limitations of their insurance so the customers don't get caught off guard

No one to assist
If have been.waiting for 47 minutes holding while iam being transfered from one person to the other I joined hollard insurance their agent came to my home and subscribed, now when I call I'm being put from onne person to the other although the number that was sent to me to call is 0113515000 but Noone can assist I'm told I have premiums outstanding and will like to check

Warranty Cover :DOTSURE
Hollard why did u take warranty cover customers to DOTSURE without asking, had I been consulted I could have opted for.another Insurance not DOTSURE I submitted claims to you without any hassle in the past The same machanic/service provider that u paid Dotsure is refusing to
