I have been a customer since 1968 even though I left UK in 1970 and live in Cape Town. Because of low activity my UK account was frozen and the balance moved elsewhere. I have tried for several years to get this balance without success. I have no access to their many digital channels. However, they do have my details as they sent me full statements in the past to my postal address.

Just got an email from Vodacom telling me that they are putting up their annual charges by more than inflation. Surely their subscriptions should be coming down?
I sent my son in SanFran a Xmas present through my Amazon a/c. It got there timeously. When paying, I was offered a free Prime account for 30 days which I could cancel anytime. I decided to cancel. Surprise.. it also cancelled my normal login details and removed all my downloaded books. I have tried to log in anew but the system claims I’m already a user.
Black Friday indeed. Email from Prepaid24 announcing a fixed monthly charge. Paying for monthly electricity is always bad news but now a fixed monthly charge as well. In Capetown I already pay R245 pm home user charge (and R136 pm water charge) independent of usage. Once implemented, these charges can vary upwards depending on whatever. Not happy with the idea. D
My bills arrive through the post. Our SAPO now only delivers once a month! My account arrived yesterday on 8th. The invoice says it must be paid on 8th. Whilst amounts for everything are increasing, as a pensioner, I am saddened by the basic charges. BUT my complaint is about the INTEREST CHARGE on an outstanding balance. Given the SAPO inefficiency, why am I being penalized?
I recorded the rugby in Argentina last night. Watching this morning, and getting more and more frustrated, the game went down to the wire. We were a point down and got a very kickable penalty. Manie placed the ball. Two minutes left and…… the recording ended. ******* !
I renewed my car Licence online with COCT and eft paid on 27 July. I queried the non arrival of the disk on 16th August and received a timeous reply that it had been posted to me on 1st August. Like my municipal bills arriving very late, surely COCT must realise that their system only ends when the goods are received by the customer. If the SAPO can’t deliver efficiently, surely something must change at COCT?
I read that DSTV will shortly be dropping WildEarth from its list. THIS IS DEVASTATING! The best daily, live programme I have ever watched. I watch it EVERY MORNING. Why would Multichoice do this? I pay a high premium monthly for their services. Most of the channels I never watch. LET US PRESSURE MULTICHOICE TO RETHINK THIS CRAZY DECISION!
