Dotsure is definitely the best choice I've ever made they covere exactly what they said they would cover I've unfortunately had to claim 3 times now and everything goes off without any issues. It's so simple to go through the claim process I'm sure a 9 year old would be able to do it. Great job Dotsure a BIG thumbs up from me and my doggies

Paid for food i can't receive
I have placed a order on uber eats. The driver contacted me and said McDonald's Durbanroad did not want to give him my order. I then tried to contact the branch multiple times but it goes straight to voicemail. I then left my job that i was busy doing to sort ot out without any luck. McDonald's Durbanroad in cape town did not provide any help they just said sort ot out with uber eats the more i tried to explain the more rude they got they told me that there is no store manager on duty and that he is off today I can't imagine a customer is being treated this way. Im a regular customer but after this my family will no longer be supporting you. I want a full refund otherwise.

No help from FNB
After being in Debt for a very long time i got the opportunity to pay up all my debt. Every single account was paid in full. But as we all know if you where under debt review you need a paid up letter to clear your name. All the creditors gave me my paid up letters accept FNB. All i need is one more paid up letter but with a lot of time wasted on phone calls emails im still struggling. And to be honest its really holding me back. I need this to happen in order to grow my business. I need help

MTN
I have been with MTN for about 4 years now. I have always paid on time never missed a payment. I load airtime on top of my contract frequently but my network is so ****. I have phoned in multiple times and still no answers who checks if mtn is in breach of contract or can't big companies be liable for what they do. Sometimes i can't even make a call have to phone the same number about 3-5 times before i can get trough. Not only couldn't i load airtime this morning for about 2bours costing me time in my daily work schedule. Where does your minutes and data fly to. Most definitely not what i signed up for.

McDonald's
Good morning i was at mcdonald's bayside mall in table view this morning ordered 2 filtered coffee's first rond of coffee's milk was sour the second round one cup had oil in it. I showed them the difference between the two and left the one cup on the counter i don't see it as just a cup of coffee but just a service i paid for not given twice
