I submitted my phone to Telkom on the 10 January 2020, for repairs through Finrite insurance, they gave me a reference no to which there was a confusion regarding my claim, finrite claimed to not have received my claim, then Telkom contacted them and sent them relevant documents on the 17 January, I have email to show Telkom communicated with, I went back to Telkom on the 23rd Of January I went to Telkom again to ask about my claim since I have not received anything from the insurer of which they said they did not receive my claim and nobody nor the store knew where my phone was . 2 days later I received a new reference number on the 24 January 2020, that was the last communication I have ever received, to date 29 January 2020, I have not heard anything from Telkom nor Finrite regarding to pay access for my phone. nothing
I ordered a phone online on the 24 November 2018, Black Friday weekend, on the 29th November they debited my account and took R249 and when they supposed to deliver the phone on the 4th December I got a call to say the phone is out of stock and I was offered to take a different phone or cancel my order, but money was paid to them, when I canceled my order I was told I will get my refund within 3 working days, to date I have not received my refund
I bought my goods from China, which came in September, the post office issued letters for collection in September for which they were delivered to my home very late when I went to collect my parcels, I was told they were sent back to the suppliers just like that, and i should contact the supplies, but i received my collection slips late
<p>I bought my waist trainer last year through this company and to date I have not received my product, they are not answering their phones and deactivated their account on facebook</p>
<p>My query was resolved immediately. The person assisting helped me to the very best of her ability. She was patient, and kind. </p>
<p>I bought a DSTV Explora on the 26th Of November 2016 Online at Makro, I made the payment immediately . The following day i called Makro and spoke to Daylon whom i had sent my proof of payment to, as my payment did not refelect on the system. Since then they have been a problem with my payment until , i received my decoder on the 6th of December 2016. The very same day i received my decoder i sent an email Daylon informing him about the my order being not the one i have ordered. to date i have not heard anything from him. when i did not get the response from Daylon I caaled makro the same day and spoke to Emmanuel who confirmed that my decoder included installation, and then asked him for a voucher number and he told me to read the manuals and i will find my voucher inside the manuals. I Spoke to 2 other people Zanele , and Katlego who confirmed that my decoder included installation and even gave me contact details from Zanele to contact people from the isntallation comapny. Fast forward. My decoder has been installed, but their claim was rejected, When i called Makro today i was told that my decoder did not include installaion. The manager from carnival kept on telling me that he works at a store and Not online, as if its not the same company. i want my refund and i am never doing business with Makro ever again.</p>
