After numerous emails and calls stating that i will be going on pension soon I still get these people sending me things that i don't need or use. J already have 4 debit order going off because they don't listen or care if you can't afford these things.
After paying my account. I get numerous robot calls to tell me my account is not paid. i goes through as spam. because i know i paid my bill and still my phone gets blocked. Trying to get through to them is a mission and not one person gets back to you after placing numerous requests on TOBi????
i moved into a new place when Vox sent me a new router, after a back and forth about the new router, i returned the other 2 routers I had and still they bill me for it, when it was already returned in November last year, They bill me and cut off my service after doing all that and spoke to someone in accounts last week about this and they promised me it will be sorted out.
still waiting for my account to be credited after returning 2 routers that I was billed for but nothing happens.
I had my fiber installed by Vox at my premises then i had to move, i had to het them to do a new installation into my new place, which they sent me a new router to use as well. All went well until i had to move again to a ground floor flat, which they charged me extra for requesting a move but was told they don't move it, but cancel the contract and then do a new installation. They again sent me a router for the new installation. nobody contacted me to collect any of the old routers but now i am getting billed for there negligence because the old routers were never collected. tried to get someone to help, but to no avail.
I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription yet the still deduct my money and send me parcels. I emailed them twice this week and still no response. Although they let me know my parcel is on the way.
Awesome service, but waiting 2 days for my new installation to go live is a hassle and when you try to call its always busy.
The lawyers have been trying for the last 3 months to close my mothers estate. To this date they do not get feedback from Old Mutual. !@@$%%^^
Wanted to cancel my policy, they took 3 weeks to get back to me and promised to pay back my premium of last month, still nothing received back from them.
