I received excellent service from Jack from pre-approval stage. He was so patient, enthusiastic and managed to take me through the process like a pro.
I'm a prepaid customer and I bought YouTube bundles. The bundles are not working, and I'm told that it is because my number still appears as contract. I also bought Facebook and whatsapp bundles and they are working without any hassles, but the YouTube bundle doesn't work. I asked them to refund me since their bundles are not working, they're telling me it's impossible, and with stinking attitude. Sies MTN.
Poorest, baddest, lowest quality service I've ever experienced. Not responding to calls and messages; Shipments are delayed and there's no communication on their end. SHEIN must stop using this useless shipping company.

I received my products in record time. And wow, their hair is just perfect. Uwinshair really takes pride in their service,..from manufacturing, to packaging to delivery. I’m very happy with their service.
I have been expecting my package since Monday (25 Oct), and I was told it would arrive on Saturday (30 Oct). Today I called and I'm told that it can only come on Tuesday the 2nd November. Meanwhile my clients are waiting and I'm losing business because people think I've ripped then off. They honestly don't even deserve this 1 star.
Aramex is the worst logistics company ever! First they couldn’t locate my shipment for 8 days between China and Dubai. Then it finally reached South Africa and was sent out for delivery 7 days later. 2 days later since being dispatched, I still haven’t received my shipment. Aramex is bottom barrel in the logistics field

I returned the courtesy car on the 18th February 2020. Avis was supposed to refund me part of my deposit, but 3 months later I still haven't received my refund.
MTN debited me double the amount on the 1st May. I reported and no one has done anything about it. I want my money back or at least an arrangement that they dont debit me on the 1st of June. I've sent emails and tweets and I'm not getting any feedback.
