I just purchased 2 coupons. Funds deducted form my account but payment states unsuccessful. telephone line 021200 1806-does not work. I am very disappointed as I purchased these vouchers as birthday gifts for someone special. I don`t think I will be making use of their services anytime soon hereafter. now I have less money in my account but no vouchers.
My husband bought a car from them.on Monday 15 november 2021. The wednesday we informed the sales clerk that we were unhappy as the car was smoking, the petrol cover was off, fell off stolen, we dont know, balljoints were not fixed, we could feel this when we drove in wavey road and tHe car was slow. The sales person advised us when we purchased car, balljoints to be fixed in january but clearly that was not the case. Also the knocking below car was of something that wasnt *****ed on tightly, but we didnt know then that it was actually the balljoints and not what was explained to us.Initially we were told that We buy cars fixes everything before giving/ selling us the car. Now we have warranties and insurance which does not even cover the balljoint replacement so we have to pay to get this fixed out of our own pockets. We buy cars is to either sell us another car or fix all problems on current car. We have in meantime purched and replaced petrol.cover amounting to R400 paid out of our pocket.the sales person logged our complaint, feedback was to be provied two days later, but to date no one has come back to us. With all.of the above we still had to deal.with their systems which were giving problems on the day of collection causing us to spend our entire day there, there was no way we were leaving without a car after all the time wasted
I was booked in for a surgery at the hospital on 16 August. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first surgery with the absence of my parents who passed away last year in July, so I was a bit anxious and terrified at the same time. I went in for a hernia repair that was done by doctor Banderker- excellent doctor. I was truly amazed at the concern and genuine feeling of care being displayed by al staff who assisted me, even the guy that pushed my bed to the Surgery area of the hospital. I remember him from previous years as I also gave birth to 2 of my sons there and this guys hasn`t changed one bit. You can immediately pick up that this was someone who loved his job and he did it so brilliantly. It really calmed me as he stayed by my side and continuously checked up on me, making sure that I was ok. I also had another nurse stay with me while waiting for surgery, I am not sure if she could see that I was anxious but they were definitely God sent and made me feel much , much better. I only stayed in hospital for 1 day and I wanted to stay there for longer but due to high Covid risk, I had to go home. I really felt at home when I was at the hospital. Nurses were friendly and and joyful and I thought to myself WOW, These people risk their lives everyday for us and yet they are still happy and doing their jobs brilliantly during these trying times. I salute the staff of Melomed Gatesville hospital and I am extremely grateful for their hospitality and friendliness, support and assistance during my stay there. While I was awaiting surgery, there was one incident whereby 1 staff member mentioned that someone left a Huge dump in the toilet that specific morning. I was laughing when I overheard the conversation. The aura of the hospital is just nice to see and feel. All I ask that staff respect each other and the use of their toilets. Thank you for a magnificent experience which I will not forget. I appreciate everything you did, do and will still be doing for humanity.
Last month I purchsed a dress that was on sale. The lady at counter advised that if the dress doesn`t fit, I can bring it back. The dress was slightly dirty and she recommended that I wash it and it will be all good. I asked her thrice- if the dress does not fit if I could bring it back and she said yes. While she checked the garment, she accidently ripped off tag. She just continued to advise me to keep tag with garment incase it doesn`t fit and I can bring it back and they will gladly accept it. Well Murphy`s law, the dress didn`t fit- On Monday when I arrived at the store, they were offline. Then on Tuesday I returned after work, so it was close to 5 o clock. The store wasn`t full, but staff as you know- they are always slow and giving exceptional service is definitely not one of their strong points. The only reason I go to this store because I pass it on my way home and it`s within walking distance from my workplace. When I eventually got to the counter, the girl already looked irritated with me for bringing garment back, she then advised that she is waiting for her supervisor and said that she will assist the next client. I then moved aside, I waited for more than 20 minutes and still no supervisor. I went to look for the supervisor myself and eventually when she came, she shouted over the counter "MAM" probably 3 times and looked very agitated. I remained calm and rather than addressing her arrogance, I kept my posture and proceeded to do what I came to do. I explained everything and the supervisor advised that they are not allowed to take things back that were on sale and also the garment is dirty. I probably told her the story 3 times. The lady who assisted me with the garment when I purchased it was not there. She ended with, she`s going to have to take my word now because the girl that assisted me was not there. Asif I was lying or making everything up. I did not appreciate her tone and her way of speaking. She had an attitude like she is in charge and she is going to put me on my place. Because of this I made a promise to myself, that I will not go to that store ever again. I use to make use of that store on many occasions but not anymore. Jet needs to make sure they send their staff on the necessary training with regards to customer service. remember, I can make use of any store, and Jet`s service is the one thing that differentiates itself from it`s competitors
On Friday 27th November I contacted House and HOme N1 City, I managed to speak to Mustafah at Washing machine section- regarding " Black Friday sale for Hisense 8kg Toploader that will be priced for R2999. The item was not showing on their online store, yet it was advertised in their catalogue. Mustafah assured me that even though the item was not showing online thay had more than enough stock at their stores as more of the same items were to arrive soon. He said that there was no need for him to keep one aside for me as he was confident that I will definitely get one. Anyway my Sister, Carmelita Sampson went to store on Saturday and was assisted by MA Bartlett who advised that they did not have any stock left. My sister informed her of the entire situation and conversation that occurred between myself and Mustafah, her response was that they waiting on the suppliers. My sister however made payment to house and Home and was advised that she will e informed of when stock will arrive. Today is Thursday 03 December- no one contacted her, instead Carmelita contacted House and Home N1 City and apparently MA Bartlett was not in office. Again she was advise dthat they waiting on stock but couldn`t advise when it will arrive, No extra mile was taken, there was no urgency in attending to our request or any interest really. I would have thought that people will be working extra hard due to Covid-especially where Sales are concerned as we should consider ourselves extremely lucky to still be having Jobs. My other pint is- Could house and home have advertised this item, just to get customers flocking to their store? They never really had any stock and clients will then change their mind and purchase the more expensive Defy Toploader? Many questions come to mind, so I am hoping that I get some assistance with regards to my request to get the toploader I initially wanted as our washing is piling up due to House and Home falsely advertising stock that was never available. If they don`t get what I ordered- I suggest that they give me the Defy Toploader, 8 kg currently priced at R3699 for R2999 as they did not deliver on what was promised.
On the 11.02.2019- Absa processed a debit journal to my Money Builder account for the amount of R950.00 without informing me of the debit, without authorization for the debit. The credit was processed to my Absa Credit card. I immediately sent them a creditors Letter stating that I am under sequestration for just over a year already and still they deduct money from my account. It is their problem that they do not update the details on their side. I requested for the reversal to be done and it`s been over a week and to date I have received no correspondence, no courtesy letter of any kind nor any feedback regarding my request. I also informed them that the money did not belong to me as it belongs to my husband who just took out a personal loan and wanted me to keep the R950 for repairs to be done to his car. As I am also an Absa staff member I am utterly disgusted at Absa for putting me in this space, if they really wanted the money why not set up a debit directly from my salary instead of going behind my back to take funds out of my account. I am also still awaiting a Policy that states Absa has the right to deduct money from any of my accounts listed on my portfolio even after proof of my sequestration has been sent to them on numerous occasions. I hope that the funds can be reversed as now this has had a negative impact on my relationship with my husband. There is a reason why I am not paying any of my accounts and that is because I am under sequestration.
Please note that an unauthorized purchase of airtime(AIRTIME/DATA SUBSCRIPTION) took place on my Edgars account on 28.12.2018 with an amount of R78.00 and then again a(SMS AIR SUBSCRIPTION) fee of R49.00 was deducted on 02.01.2019. I urgently need to have this investigated as I did not make this purchase OR SIGN UP DOR ANY OF THESE DEALS. I visited Edgars in Promenade Mall on Saturday and was disgusted at the lack of customer service I received. It appears that Edgars do not deal with these types of queries, instead they just put me on the phone, where I held on for up to 30 minutes after which the line got disconnected. Now firstly, this is not my problem and instead of your people availing themselves to assist me to get this sorted, I was basically just sent to a phone, where nothing happened. After 2 hours spent at the store I decided to leave, Now I ask you to please contact me urgently as I need the matter resolved with immediate effect as I will not be held liable for possible staff purchases done on my card. While in the store i caught the attention of one other customer also in the store and she advised that she had experienced the exact same service and 1 year later she is still waiting on Edgars to contact her regarding an unauthorized purchase that occurred on her account. Now I cannot wait 1 year. What if these culprets now try to make even bigger purchases and succeed? I am left with the debt. I will have to make regular payments while your investigation continues for probably 10 years, knowing the type of service I have experienced. I am really not impressed with your lack of customer service and treatment of humanity. If I had things my way, I would actually close my account with immediate effect. my account details: 7 ********** 00000 874 933. I WANT THESE FUNDS REVERSED.
on the 21 January my debit order was reversed. I emailed Dstv on 25th to kindly deduct debit order on the 26th. In turn they rather asked me a question instead of actioning my request. On Monday I paid the R518 which they advised was required, i then contacted them and spoke to Bridgette Makamu where I advised her that payment was made. She then informed me to please send her a bank statement instead of a proof of payment which I did. I arrive home from work yesterday afternoon only to find that my dish has still not been activated. Instead I received an sms this morning 29.01.2019 that I need to make another payment of R95-- not even sure why its required. My initial debit order amount is R484.00 and I only forgot about it because I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and honestly forgot about this debit order. Why could Bridgette not try and make contact with me or anyone from Multichoice for that matter? Now I must phone around again- for nothing to be done and tomorrow i will received an sms stating that I need to make another payment. Already we pay for watching programmes that are repeated year after year and still they just want money out of you I am disgusted by the service and also unfriendly website and self service options. Not very user friendly.
<p>About 18 months ago I received a call from marius Van Den heever, stating that they can help me with my debt. they would inform all my creditors of my application for sequestartion and all I need to do is pay them an instalment for at 18 months only.After which time all my debt will be written off and then I can start a new slate. Everyting sounded wonderful less instalment, only for 18 months, Well guess what 18 months later I contacted them to find out how far things are as I was onmy last payment looking forward to my New debt free life. I was informed that apparently I have to pay them a new instalment for another 18 months because they didnt include all costs with my initial application. This is 2 years passed wehere- I have been avaig=ding my creditrs, To make a long story short- I cancelled application with them and decided to apply for debt review. Its been 4 months and I have not received any reply from them, They don`t know what has happened to the money. The attorneys Francois Uys never received the money, at first they told me that I never paid them. After I sent them the proof of payment, they have not come back to me at all. My total refund R33300.00 has never ocurred. They wasted my time. I am still where I was 2 years ago.Guys pleas stay away from these people, I cant` sleep at night and now I am expecting my 2nd child and I am faced with a very awkward situation that I don`t think will ever be resolved. I regret trusting these people and making regular payments to them all for nothing,</p>
