AWESOME SERVICE :)
Awesome service from these guys. Mr Gilles Bedier and Mr Anton Tong took a good care of my car and it feels like new again :) would definitely recommend this Workshop, especially for all BMW Owners.

HORROBLE SERVICE!!
Took out a Motor Warranty with Dotsure for my BMW, now I have a claim that was since lodged on the 2nd of December 2021. whenever I phone them to follow-up no-one seems to be willing to assist me as i'm being sent from pillar to post and being told an assessor will give me a call but nothing. I need this finalized and claim paid as my car is since with BMW dealer awaiting repairs.

WORST DRIVER FROM COURIER-IT
Driver from this company by name of December is very unprofessional and full of ****. He rocks up at my house without any appointment and doesnt even phone me or anything. i'm now stuck waiting for him and even his own office cant reach him. he is useless!!!!!!

POOR SERVICE FROM MOTORVAPS!!!
I cancelled my Warranty plan policy with Motor Vaps after they repudiated my claim 2 weeks ago, promised to have my pro ratted refund on Thursday the 1st of April. To my Surprise when I phone them this morning 6th April refund was not done yet and I now get sent from Pillar to Post nobody seems to know what's the hold up and no feedback from them. I NEED THIS SORTED ASAP PLEASE!!!!!

JOB NOT DONE!!!!
Experian wont update an account that i've settled in June already. Several emails were sent to them to update this account from FINCHOICE to my surprise its now 3 months and the account is still listed with them. they never answer their phones even when you call I NEED THIS SORTED ASAP!!!

Cell C wont remove my name on ITC even after the account was paid up through their Collections agency NIMBLE GROUP and DMC. I need this case resolved as a matter of urgency!!!!!

Poor service from DMC regarding my Paid up Cell C account.
My Cell C account was handed over to these guys and they seem to not know what they do as they haven't updated my profile with ITC nor they cannot provide proof that it was done. All i need is for this Cell C account to be removed from ITC and shows as paid up. this was done in August already. Please assist as i'm being sent from pillar to post with this query.
