Received amazing service from Dries and his team in reupholstering 29 of our office chairs. Service was very quick and the staff were very friendly and they gave us the best prices overall. Collected the chairs on a Friday afternoon when it was convenient for us and returned them early on the Monday morning again. Thank you so much for the amazing service. I highly recommend using them.
Received amazing service from Ryan Ungerer and Ane du Plessis on the purchasing of my new car. What a stress-free and easy purchase! I am very satisfied with the service I received, especially that Ryan went above and beyond the extra mile to collect the car in the colour I preferred all the way in Rustenburg and managed to secure the whole transaction in one day. Why on earth would Standard Bank take away the option of self-service banking on telephone banking to obtain payment information such as balance, last payment made and next payment due and you now have to speak to a consultant for something as simple as to obtain the amount YOU OWE THEM AND WANT TO PAY?!? It is absolutely ridiculous!! I tried 4x to get through this morning to get my installment for this month. The first time I held the line for over 20 minutes. Second time over 13 minutes, then over 8 minutes and finally over 6 minutes until I lost my patience and gave up trying to get my installment detail. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!! IT WAS EFFICIENT AND WORKING FOR EVERYONE AND YOUR CALL CENTER IS CLEARLY OVERWHELMED BY CALLS WITH THIS NEW RIDICULOUS ARRANGEMENT!!!!!
HUGE SCAM ALERT!! Do not buy from this website, Cyrodir.com! I bought the globe decanter with ship set for almost R600 and received 1 x glass only! In the picture it shows and description it says a wooden stand, a decanter with ship + 2 glasses! this online store is fraud and theft. stay away, google them first, many many people having the same issue. When you take this issue up with them, they basically then tell you that it's your own fault and there is fine print that you missed and they refuse to give you a refund.
Worst experience ever. ADSL has been off for almost a week and you can't phone Telkom for assistance. Need to reset the password as Telkom requires a password from 20 odd years ago which is obviously lost now and no option to say "forgot password" or "reset password".

On 20 November 2019, my boss filled up her car with over 63 liters of petrol at one of your Total garages. Prior to filling up, she asked the petrol attendant whether they were online for the Dischem loyalty points and he confirmed that they were. After filling up and at the point she needed to pay, the petrol attendant suddenly said they were now "offline" for the Dischem loyalty points and that she needed to download the Total Services app. I assisted her with downloading the app, just to find that the app does not even open on either of our phones (Huawei and Samsung). I then contacted Total South Africa via Facebook and received a request for contact details. I sent my boss's contact details, the message was read and remains unanswered. This is really disgraceful!!! You are literally robbing people of loyalty points and point blank lying to customers filling up their tanks. We have all decided not to support Total any further and I advise everyone to get your loyalty points with shopping at Dischem directly. Rather go to BP and get your PNP Smart Shopper points because they swipe regardless of whether they are online or not, and the points do come through as soon as they are back online.
MWEB is absolutely useless. They will never admit to having a problem, but instead dump it on the technical team, who actually lack a lot of training, waste your time for hours with numerous phone calls to try and tell you that there is suddenly something wrong with all your office computers and your settings (which have been the same for many, many years) instead of just saying, listen, we have a problem with our network, we are sorting it out and it will take this or that long. Also don't give a damn if you need to send urgent e-mails or use the internet urgently. They simply put you on a waiting list and you must wait for days on end just to repeat this whole process. Unacceptable and ridiculous! We had this exact issue in April 2019, barely a month ago with the exact same attitude from Mweb until the problem "went away" magically on its own without us having to change any settings on our side whatsoever.
Our company has a contract with Telkom which concludes the rental of a switchboard system. Today, I phoned the Telkom Business call center regarding our two faulty extension phones. The consultant advised that technicians no longer come out to replace devices, and that I can take my faulty devices to ANY Telkom store to be tested and replaced. First thing I did, was phone the Telkom store in Hyde Park Corner. Not only were the staff utterly rude, but I was told to phone the Rosebank store. So, no, you cannot simply take your device to ANY Telkom store. Secondly, I tried phoning the Rosebank Mall Telkom store and my call went directly to another call center. The Telkom "HELP" desk. Here, after explaining our whole dire situation, I got told that "Telkom no longer replaces devices. There is a technician on site at the Rosebank Mall store that will test the devices and if they are faulty, they will be booked in for repairs. Thus leaving our company without phones for who knows how long, but Telkom still expects us to pay thousands per month for this contract on which we receive absolutely no service on. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT A BUSINESS TO DO WITH NO PHONES???? HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO CONDUCT OUR BUSINESS WITH NO PHONES, YET YOU EXPECT US TO PAY YOUR RIDICULOUS MONTHLY RENTAL FEE??? THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC COMPANY EVER!
