Bought items on app. Needed the item before today. I queried were are mynitems as the day was getting close. They assured me it would arrive in time. They ****. Did not get on time so deadline missed. Their response don't worry. Inhave screenshot of the conversation. I ask if I cancel and go to store and buy items. No. So they have my money, I don't have my items and they don't give a ****
Paid no products delivered. No response to emails.
Clearly they don't care about the lives of clients that have bought their products. Wen have a problem with a lock on one of their expensive gates. We report this serious issue on Monday. They thought it was for a sake got a call immediately but when they found out it was a service query no one has contacted us. Wonder if they would feel anything if something serious was too happen to my young girls.
So we have used Garage Door and More before but this time they have just abused us. Charged us R6.5k for a R3k motor. Did not programe our remotes and then wanted to charge an additional R750 call out fee for the remotes. This after charging us 2 call out fees for R750 already. When I called to complain and got serious attitude I got called a P*** and got told to f*** o**. I have written proof of all this.
I paid for a adoption of an animal as a gift for my wife. Paid on 9th January 2024. Her birthday was on the 28th Feb and no certifcate or membership arrived. I emailed everyone on their website not one rep****. Not even the courtesy of a f*******. I tried calling but as with every government department no ones answers. The ******* have ****** money. Please don't donate to this organisation

Ordered a gift that we want to take overseas. Ordered weeks in advance, leaving in a couple of days and no sight of order. No use to.me after this weekend. I have asked for refund but keep getting told that order is being worked on.
Went to Sun city and stayed at the Cabanas. What a let down and not worth the money paid. We have been going to Sun city for 20 years and this has been the worst experience ever. Were do i start: Service at breakfast non existent. Too few staff for the number of guests. Have to wait for ages for services. I know they will.blame COVID but that is absolute nonsense. Nk sheets on the bed. Had to call and complain. They took photos so no one can deny this. Our fold put couch bed was.never made up. Everytime before they made up the bed. 4 of us in a room but only 2 cups. Do the.maths. can Covid be too blame here. When phoning 4200 for help there was no answer on a couple of occasions. Toilet paper never restocked and we ran out. Did i mention no one answered the phones. Just an absolute shocking experience
I believe in giving credit when it is due. So after an initial hiccup in trying to get fibre going, vodacom really came to the party. They responded to my complaint in a professional manner and then the process just flowed. Well done guys.
So have had really bad service from Telkom. Issue still not resolved after 7 phone calls, 5 emails, numerous online fault logs. So I decide to try sign up with Vodacom fibre because they can't be as bad as Telkom right? They are private Telkom is state. So we apply online, get sms telling us someone will call by close of business. That was more than 3 days ago. Send a email. No response. We then call the call centre. Someone will call us they promise. No call. Clearly telecom companies just have too many clients and profits. I wish government would go in and break down these businesses that feel client service is not a requirement.
