Pick n Pay Lonehill. Purchased milk within its sell by date. The milk was gone off. Failure of the cold chain at Pick n Pay. I could take it back but it will cost me more in time, effort and fuel than it's worth. Pick n Pay used to be my favorite shop but now I shall avoid it at all costs
All means of contacting Hyundai Bryanston have failed. The chatbot promises a human will call me back. Nothing. I call in and am cut off three times. The Customer care line is out. There is a phone number shown on the website which no longer exists. Technically the dealership is open today
I purchased a laptop from Incredible Connection. The photographs on their website show a usbc port. Upon unpacking at home the device did not have a usbc port. I returned it and got a refund. BUT having informed IC of this discrepancy on many channels, they continued to advertise the device as possessing a usbc port. Almost amounts to false advertising. "Incredible"
Vumacam erected a camera on a pole next to my house about 10 years ago. They connected it to the electricity supply from my house. This was without permission, and without any plan to reimburse the cost to me. When I enquired about this with support I am given the run around. They seem to think it's ok to just take my power to add to their bottom line.
On the website and banking app the credit card account statement has no entries, i.e. totally blank. Possibly a system error? It has been like this for several days and no one seems to have picked up the problem or fixed it. My email to standard bank alerting them has gone unanswered.
Picknpay offers specials on certain items. I trek to the shop, but 'out of stock'. Pnp phones today. We have stock!! What poor planning and management to allow any stock to run out in the first place? Just to create another job for someone to phone customers? So NO. I will not go back to see if maybe there is still stock when I get there. And NO I am not inclined to shop with you any more because you cannot be trusted.
Food *****s Fourways Beef fillet with a sell by date of 18 January, purchased on 9 January was rotten. The smell of the meat was nauseating. Manager is very combative. Why do you make your customers do your quality control??
Another customer lost to Pick n Pay. Shelf promotion: buy two for R73. At till charged R83. No staff member willing or able to rectify. After 15 minutes waiting I was refunded R10. NOT THE POINT. Shelf price and system price should be correct and correspond. I contacted customer care. Store manager will get back to me. Still waiting 3 weeks later
Cancelled the Woolworths credit card, and have been told it is cancelled, but Woolworths is still taking a debit order for the monthly service fee.
