Your American Express Nedbank card for fuel payment will not work there and you will lose out on points because the owner / manager are not intrested ore do not care that their speedpoint does not work. For the last month American Express did not work ! Dont go there , use any other BP

After opening a investment account at Nedbank stating that if you maintain a balance of R20000 you no longer pay account maintenance fees every month on you bank account. I opened my account on the 18/10/2024 Since then I am still being charged the full monthly maintenance fees on my current account. I have phone Nedbank on at least three to four occasions and the feed back was that they will pick it up along the way and reverse the charges. They also stated that the migration request was in place but it wil take a bit of time. It has been four months since then and no migration or fees change. I am still being charged maintenance fees of R250 every month. Nedbank does not live up to their promises they publish or do not care to correct what they have neglected to do seemingly. If I new upfront of this kind of service I would never have chosen Nedbank to invest my savings. I can not with honesty recommend Nedbank to anyone , this will only bring them the same disappointment and frustration.
After a long search on the internet for a good quality leather bag that soot my style, I found a company Freestyle Handcrafted Leather in Cape Town. Their published lead time is 15 days to make your order. On the 25th of November 2024 I placed my order and my order was confirmed via e-mail. Payment took place on the 26th via Payfast and they confirmed that my order was in production on the 2nd of December 2024. I received a e-mail from them on the 10th of December 2024 saying they are experiencing some delays. I phone them and I was assured that my order will still make it before the closing date. Then I received a second mail on the 16th of December saying they are experiencing delays again. I phone them and I was assured by the lady that this was an automated message and that my order will definitely be in time before they close down for the year. I phoned today the 19th of December and I was told that they don't know the progress of my order and that they will call me before 5pm to tell me the state of order as they will still ship orders this day. They closed at 5pm for the year and nobody called me and I have not received my order. To me being honest is crucial , if I do business with someone you expect honesty. If you cant be honest with your customers in business , they cant trust you. I cannot refer anybody to do business with Freestyle Handcrafted Leather because they proved themselves ************* by misleading me on more than one occasion. I would recommend that you steer clear from this company.
I had a DirectAxis account and all went well until I requested a settlement letter. I receive the letter and paid the full outstanding amount within the 5 days as requested. I have asked ever since for a paid-up letter of account showing zero balance and that the account has been closed. It has been more than a full month with no response. With service like this I can and will hardly recommend DirecAxis as service provider.
I have 4x RCS cards from 4 different stores. No problem good service until you try to close the accounts. I requested settlement letters and instructed account closure instructions, paid the full settlement amounts within 5 days. It is now 30 days later , not one account has been closed and nobody can tell me why. You just hit a brick wall with no service. I e-mailed them , no response. With service on this level I will hardly recommend the company.

I recently acquired a vehicle from Value Auto and this is a brief description of my experience. I saw the vehicle, a Mercedes ML 320 CDI 4Matic 2007 on the internet on Gumtree. I liked what I saw and contacted the seller namely Riaan Langeveldt. He informed me that to his knowledge that the vehicle are in good shape for its year model. I paid a holding deposit and a roadworthy fee of R1000 on EFT and flew down to Cape town where I was met by George. I took delivery of the vehicle and drove off to the fuel pump 20m away. After refueling the car would not start, battery dead. George gave me a jumpstart assuring me its because the vehicle was standing for a while not driven. I noticed that the rear right brake light where not working. Again George said probably a defective bulb. Taking to mind , I was given a full roadworthy, brake light , reverse light and indicator lamp not working. When arriving in Stillbaai I had to replace the battery for it was completely dead. While driving the brakes was not good. It was shuddering and shaking the steering wheel , again was this roadworthy ? Both front and rear disc brakes badly worn beyond safety measurements. When I returned home to Pretoria at the end of the week, I discovered the reason the brake light was not working. The globe was removed to hide the fact that it was staying on all the time. A closer inspection I discovered that the rear SAM computer had water damage and the indicator, reverse lamp and brake light was affected. Again , was this roadworthy ? I called George who told me he would talk to his partner Riaan Langeveldt and come back to me. This never happened. Later I WhatsApped him about the navigation DVD for the vehicle, he never even rep****. To list just a few issues, the broken grill was tied with cableties. Sure this is a old vehicle, but with roadworthy issues after I paid R1000 for a full roadworthy. You decide if this is the experience you want if you buy . I would not go there again.
