What on earth is happening at Gems call centre! Since February there is just NO answer at the call centre or the suppliers contact centre. No feedback on emails. We had to admit a patient with a hip fracture yesterday WITHOUT auth. It usually was easy working with Gems but this year it is a nightmare!!!
Since complaining on Hellopeter is the only way to get any form of reaction from Travelstart I have to yet again complain publicly. I have a flight ticket to Antarctica that due to a date change of the Antarctica marathon I could not use in March 2022. All I need help with is someone to answer me: If the ticket is valid until May 2023, why can I not just change my flight tickets to March 2023? I did pay extra fro a date change. If I cancel this ticket I only get about R2000 back which is daylight robbery.
Just another review on Vodacom and how they make it impossible to cancel a contract. Have been phoning them for 7 days straight to cancel a data contract. Each and every person promises me that it is cancelled and I will get a reference number. Needless to say, I do not receive a reference number so I phone again and again. Every day the I am told the contract will only be cancelled in 30 days. So every day THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB THE CUSTOMER PAYS. It is their way into tricking more money out of you the customer. WILL NEVER EVER GET A VODACOM PRODUCT AGAIN
I booked a ticket to Antarctica for a Marathon in March 2022. Marathon was moved earlier to January 2022. Could get absolutely no help in changing these tickets. Try to change the tickets to March 2023 as to do the marathon then but according to Travelstart we MUST use the tickets before May 2022. They will cancel but only give us about 10% back of the total money paid!!! We paid extra for all insurances offered PLUS flexible ticket. WHAT DOES ALL THESE EXTRA COSTS HELP IF YOU CANNOT USE IT IF YOU NEED IT. The poorest of poor travel agencies. No means of contacting them except on their contact form which they only respond to when they feel like it.
This was the third time that I did not get everything I ordered and paid for at this KFC. Now it was 2 times in a row. I try to check but like tonight the teller also gave me the wrong change so I had to debate that and did not want the people behind me to wait any longer so I did not check the order. I cannot drive back each time! This is really very bad and inexcusable.
We want to do wall to wall carpeting and saw the carpet we like at Builders Warehouse Montana. We went there last Saturday but the lady available was not able to help with a qoute. She phoned someone but we were not happy with this telephonic qoute. We requested someone to come to our home. Appointment was made and confirmed but come today no one showed. When I phoned the person, I think it is Vincent, a half an hour after the scheduled appointment he says o sorry I dont have a car. I phoned his manager also Vincent but that did not help at all. VERY BAD SERVICE. We will do our carpets somewhere else now.
<p>I regullary order stuff online. I used Takealot.com two times over the December period and what a joy! Orders are always earlier than expected. I even ordered something over the long weekend on 17 December and it was delivered to my doorstep on Monday morning 19 December before 9am. It is such a pleasure ordering from you.</p>
<p>As a regular online buyer I expected Onedayonly to work the same as all other online companies by delivering your order within a week or at least keep you up to date if there is a problem. I ordered items on onedayonly on the 30th of November. It is the 21st of December today and I still do not have my order. They only responded to my email query when I followed up on my order. It was told I will get it early this week. Still nothing. Poor Service, Poor Timing. Stay away!! I ordered something on Takealot.com over the long weekend, 17 Desember, it was delivered to my doorstep Monday 19 Desember before 9am.</p>
