*********** - selling a product they don't know and when you ask questions, they just ignore your e-mails. We are looking at joining Bonitas medical aid of which WellWorx is the broker, due to their impotency I won't join the medical aid. They are only interested in their commission and don't care about assisting a potential new member with the best suitable plan due to incompetence. Bonitas should look at another broker if I look at all the complaints on Hellopeter otherwise they are going to loose a lot of business.
Customer service - absolutely shocking!! On the 21st of December, I did an online purchase for a trampoline, but within an hour and after reading the reviews, I cancelled the order by phoning Makro customer service and also sending an e-mail. The order was never cancelled and when they wanted to deliver, I did not accept the delivery. After numerous e-mails and calls, and it is now a month later, I still haven't received my refund of R2499.00! I will never buy from Makro on-line again, their customer service is pathetic and non-existing and then they have the audacity to keep on sending e-mails to rate their service!!!!
DO NOT TRUST IPS, they are affiliated with PLATINUM LIFE. I did not sign up for a debit order, they are deducting it from my husband's bank account, which they got from Platinum life. I have e-mailed and called to cancel. Can someone please call me to arrange for return of parcel and cancelation of membership!!!
Worst bank - charge interest on already settled personal loan. I took out a personal loan with FNB in Feb 2023 and settled the amount in full on the 13th of March 2023. Although fully settled, the monthly instalment of R4866.21 was still deducted on the 20th of March, which was refunded on the 20nd of March and due to a "glitch" in the FNB system, again on the 22nd of March. This amount of R5852.67 was deducted from my cheque account on the 20th of April. The loan account was closed in the meantime. My question, should I pay another months interest for a "glitch" on their side?? On enquiring about this, the answer was that they will have to open the personal loan account again to investigate and then I will have to pay another R1000 interest for the month of May, which is ridiculous!! I've had it with FNB, I'm moving my account to Standard Bank.
Bad customer service - personal loan call center I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received from FNB personal loan call center. I had an issue with my account and needed assistance, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I had to call 3 times, every time I was transferred to a different agent and twice the agents I spoke with were rude and dropped the call. The lack of professionalism left me speechless and undervalued as a customer. This is not the level of service I expect from FNB. Thank you Brandon for assisting the 3rd time I called, at least you were not rude and tried to resolved the issue.
After my complaint a week ago, the matter was quickly resolved, thank you Petunia and FNB.
I have informed FNB on the 19th of May about a fraudulent transaction on my credit card, the matter was referred to the fraud team on the 27th of May, they were supposed to cancel my card and issue a new card. On the 28th I've sent them my physical address for delivery of new card as requested. On the 5th of June, I've sent them another e-mail, requesting an update on progress and also raising my concern that the card was not canceled yet and another transaction might take place. Once again on the 16th of June, another transaction was approved on my credit card from the same company. The so-called "fraud team" is useless, very disappointed in FNB, I think I should take my business to another bank.
Minla Manthiri and Zanele Vilakazi, thank you so much for your excellent service with the reversal of an incorrect transfer of R2500 to Cell C, I was really impressed by your prompt response and level of excellance, thank you so much!!
