Devine Pools operated by Juan vd Schyff is a super fly-by-night Swimming Pool Contractor. The man has absolutely no clue. He takes an upfront payments and then keeps you hanging. He has no clue of timelines. Well he eventually pitched up six weeks after the agreed date. From the beginning one could see he is clueless. To cut a long story short, the fibre glass pool was installed skew meaning not level. I pointed it out but it was ignored. The filling around the pool not done right and now two walls are bulging inwards. The paving around the pool was done shoddy and dirtied it with cement residue. The swimming pool pump and heatpump electrical work had to be redone as nothing worked as it should. The cherry on the cake is now, the pool is leaking. Tried to contact him several times, but I am now blocked.
Discovery Bank’s service is Super Poor - Asked for Feedback and Review of a Credit Card Application. Still waiting for someone that can make decisions to phone me back? I’ve been one of their clients for two years - never been treated so poorly by a Bank.
Discovery Bank’s Credit Application Process SUCKS! I was just turned down for a Credit Card without any Explanation via a SMS? No personal contact whatsoever! I then phoned and after holding for 25 Minutes and talking to no less than 3 “bankers” I was told that I could not prove affordability. I am a successful business owner and they made this decision on 3 months bank statements. I wanted to move my whole banking profile from Nedbank, but I am now totally disgusted and disappointed with this lack of professionalism. I would not encourage anyone anyone to move to Discovery Bank any time soon!
I have had and still have an account with this Company for the past 10 years or so? Their service is atrocious and their management takes no responsibility. Please, spare yourself the pain in steering far away from this Incompetent and useless bunch of clueless people!!
Clientele Life is the worst and most incompetent Company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m applying for an Encashment of my Savings and they have been giving me the run around for weeks now. The ask for information in drips and drabs although they already have all my Info. The last request now, is for me to prove that I am the payer of this Policy? After being a policy holder for almost 20 years I am sure that I have been SCAMMED?This is probably a huge SCAM!! I’ve been trying to phone them, to no avail!
The Nedbank Business App on my Cellphone (IPhone) is the most unstable platform ever. Frequent Crashes, usually on month-end is unacceptable. I have discussed the issue of the Crashing App with senior Nedbank Employees over the past couple of years frequently. No Solution, just an ongoing frustration. I dare the CEO of Nedbank SA to me contact personally to discuss, as his employees does not have the power to fix the Issue! The 1 Star Rating I’ve given Nedbank for this App is too high in my opinion.

The MD is never available and the sales and technical staff is terrible! I purchased almost R500 000 rands worth of appliances and my business is not worth a damn to you people. I get better service from the South African Government, and this says a lot? I dare the MD of Miele South Africa to phone me, perhaps then I'll get some joy! This is not the 1st Time that I receive POOR SERVICE from these incompetent fools! Needless to say it was not delivered. POOR POOR SERVICE and a Don't Care Attitude Rules!
