I understand that gambling, by definition, is all about chance and people will lose more than they will win. With that said, I feel Lotto Star is taking it way too far. I've been playing since around 2016 and it's really just a big fat giant losing game. The new games don't even seem legit - ever heard of a game named "Mzansi Millions" known only to Lotto Star players🤷. My advice, don't even start. Try PlayTsogo or Hollywoodbets. It appears Lotto Star is all about raising funds for M-Net and 947.
So you take your car to this dealership and here's the feedback you get: 1. Their bookings are filled to the brim. You get a date 2 weeks ahead if you're lucky. 2. They take the entire day to give basic feedback. 3. They make you feel like they're doing you a favour. No understanding of urgency whatsoever. 4. Did I mention that you have to call them instead of them calling you? The service here is appalling to say the least.
So I drive a Renault Sandero 900T Expression 2017 model. The vehicle did not have any issues. I took the car for service on 25 June 2021 and was told I must fit an "Accessory Belt" which I did (paid big money for it too) . Fast forward less than 4 months later the car gives me issues until in December 2021 the car just would not start and I booked it into Renault. On 10/01/2022 I'm informed I must change the entire engine. Yes, the car that got serviced in June needs an entire engine change in January for whatever reason Renault sees fit. Now I'm without a car. How could they not pick up the issue in June & notify me then before taking my money for the service??? As for the warranty? I guess I'm just fresh outta luck.
Please explain to me how & why it takes over 14 days to draft & send a PAID UP LETTER. Please help me understand how you make the blunder & mess up my credit standing & give me the run around when all I request is a paid up letter. WHY must I pay Multichoice every month without fail & receive such pathetic service from your team leaders even??? I must be a real nobody to you. Over 2 weeks & no response for a simple paid up letter???
I had a 2 year contract with Multichoice where they offered me an Explora. This was in 2015. The contract ended in October. However I visited my bank recently only to find that I appear on ITC as having a debit order of R1600 to Multichoice & owe them the same amount. Also appearing is my subscription meaning I'm the only person who pays about R2400 to Multichoice every month. I called on the 6 December & was told the matter would be escalated & I'd get feedback within 24 hours. The feedback was supposed to be a paid-up letter. However 24 hours passed with no response. I called again on 8 December & was told the matter would be escalated & should receive feedback in 24 hours. Again, no feedback. I called again on 11 December & still the same response. Once again, absolutely no feedback. Since I'm in need of credit ASAP I called again on 13 December & the company had absolutely nothing new to tell me. They haven't even attended to my case. It's not even my fault that the information on ITC is so wildly inaccurate yet this company just Will not do anything to make it right. Never been treated so horribly by a company (I thought) was so upstanding. A simple paid-up letter should never ever take this long.

On Saturday October 8 I took my phone into Cell C in Rosebank as the phone was damaged. Cell C informed me that the phone would be sent to the manufacturer to be repaired & that I should fill in and send a claim form to the insurer Finrite. I sent the claim form on Monday 10 October. Finrite told me they need the phone from Cell C yet Cell C never got back to Finrite or me. I called Cell C countless times for feedback & am told that they'd get back to me. Up until today neither myself nor Finrite have received any form of feedback from that Cell C in Rosebank. This is a perfect example of horrible client service.
