Currently at game store at north cape mall Kimberley, the store is open but we are being send back at the returns desk , they just told me they have stock taking and no one to help , and I insisted on waiting because they were saying the person responsible for the desk is coming, now being told they went to lunch. In a period of 5 minutes. The lady who was talking to me is Basebi, she was very rude at 1st wanted a physical slip with me and was disregarding my digital slip in the email. She is non responsive and is giving me an attitude even after the tevo representative is telling her that the slip is valid as it’s a digital registration I also did on tevo concerning the very item I’m returning which is still under warranty.
I have been asking for over 2 weeks now for my services to be canceled, they refusing to cancel my service, I told them I no longer need their service and can't afford it ,they instead telling me to look for someone who can pay for me . I went on their customer zone to cancel my service ,the cancel service button doesn't work and won't allow me to press cancel. Kindly assist me to get out of this hell which is webafrica. My service is not available as they didn't receive money for the debit order,they are insisting I get money . I told them I'm unemployed. They don't still want to cancel my service.
Wow .I have been without internet all day today and the robot on whatsapp kept telling me how he is trying to connect me to an agent ,its been happening since around past 11 , never hot connected or got helped, no1 to call or nothing to do. Work can't be done because this is hell , when I go on their customer service wanting to cancel my service, it won't accept my option.
On the 19th of November I bought a shoe at shoe city which didn’t have a size in the store and asked that the shoes be ordered for me from bloemfontein as I stay in kimberley 190 kilometres away, each time I go to check the shoe isn’t there , and now they r even accusing me of getting the shoe that time I got a call from them Thursday saying the shoe will be here today, and I need the shoe tomorrow for my child’s 1st communion, no one now wants to take responsibility as they are aware the shoe isn’t arriving ever since even when I said pay me my money let me drive and go get it in Bloem myself .
I bought laundry baskets from this store in February, till today I haven’t received them and their email address isn’t working anymore, it returns my emails back to me . Help me please.
I opened an account with home choice and ordered a 5 pierce bedding, it never reached my home address and they insisted I send them an affidavit to show I didn’t receive the order , I did just that, but till today they are blowing up my phone daily with calls telling my that my account is in arrears, even send me an email saying that I owe them. Kindly assist me as I have also decided I don’t want anything to do with them anymore. They are making my life hell with the calls .
The delivery guy arrived at my home an hour later after staying around the block for an hour insisting he has arrived, whilst he had clicked that we received the order, then I drove out to look for him and found him standing stationary with no effort to find the house , the next thing he is rude and started threatening me and even gave us a wrong order ,when I rectify him thats not our pizza he starts to shout at me. He gave us a cold pizza and we ended up paying for it .
I had my tracking device installed today on my BMW 218D 2021 , which is brand new ans boot has been working 100% , a guy from Altec Netstar ,by a guy who didn’t introduce himself, the guy was unprofessional, left without explaining how the device he connected works , then only to find out he left me with a broken boot , he came back and said he fixed it only for me to realise he banged it close and they ended up leaving it just like that saying they will send me a technician from BMW tomorrow, they don’t care about customer service, even their call center agents are rude and very uncourteous , I don’t know what did I do to deserve such treatment? I am heavily pained as my car is hardly on 500 km’s but I’m stuck with a broken boot that can’t close .
At about 2:30pm today I bought biltong at Germar biltong and specifically asked for a hanging stick , which I asked for one of R150 , I asked them to cut it for me not thin slices , i them left the store, when I was in the new park complex still at checkers store I realised it was cut thin, I went back to the store to ask them to change it as it’s not what I asked for , they refused , they instead took the biltong and didn’t give me my refund or the biltong I asked c the lady who helped me was very rude and felt entitled and dismissive towards me . I’m deeply hurt for my money as there isn’t anywhere I can even complain to get my money back . Their number 0532368662
This is the worse network provider to ever choose from,im disgusted,im hardly a week on their network already no network and getting grief, communicating is bad,no one to reach on their website or what's app lines ,no one takes calls,last time I spoke to someone to complain,they told me they were sending me a technician and that they will send me a reference number for my complain.till now nothing .
