Absolutely incredible experience dealing with Ashley Arlow! We looked at 100's of cars all over the net and it gets crazy, so we got Referred to Mit Mak Motors. We Dealt with Ashley Arlow, and let me tell you.... his level of service sets a standard and meets all expectations. We told him what we like and what we are interested and what we can afford. By the end of the day; we had pre-approval, plenty of options to choose from, exceptional advise and assistance with regards to the financing, quick response times, friendly and supporting service and the list goes on. I'll definitely be dealing with you again Ashley! Thanks for making this experience and purchase so effortless for us.
I am so tired of being cold called by call centers; so from now on i will review every call center / company that calls me again and again after i have requested of them to STOP! - however hats of to Aphiwe for being so chilled with my temper - thanks for understanding buddy.
Guys, you are looking for trouble when you order with these guys. Everything from customer service to delivery execution is below expectation. Rather just spend the extra money and go buy from an approved dealer. 3-5 working days for delivery "they say", yet after 10 days i hadn't even received a tracking number. Upon emailing them with a query from my user profile i get the following response: "Hello.... Order Number?." then you phone the mobile number and maybe i am nit picking but a "Hello" when you answer a business contact number is not exactly "PROFESSIONAL"... So i get told that it is the courier companies fault; so i call the courier. The courier says that the supplier has not dispatched the tracking number which i eventually got from them and it is not listed on the couriers site for tracking. Eventually i get very upset and they over night courier what they say is a "new parcel". AWESOME!! It gets to my house and it is NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So if you want weeks of head aches, go ahead.... buy from these guys. I sure as hell won't again.
This company is a complete scam!!! The last correspondence received was from ********** from a person by the name of Mpho Tlou. This was on the 3rd of January saying that the parcel will be dispatched on the 7th of January due to a backlog. It is now the 18th of January and i have still not received anything!!! For a brief period there CS number as discontinued and their website went offline completely. Then 2 days later they were back with a message on their website that their CS number issue has been rectified. I have contacted them on several platforms to no avail! Their numbers go straight to voice mail, they do not respond to social media / hellowpeter or emails! It's absolutely disgusting how they dare to steal from people like this! ITS A SCAM COMPANY!!
You never stop disappointing me. I got a call from a 3rd party to upgrade my data contract and to receive a new router. Instead I received a “Microsoft office” disc and a SIM card. I called your customer services and they confirmed that this is the contract which o agreed to which is an utter lie!!! !!! I want this rectified please!
So once again Vodacom manages to disappoint again. After the call centre basically begged me to renew my data contract; i agreed. They said that i need my ID when the couriers deliver; which i had... before the courier got here i get an sms saying that they need ID and Proof of Residence but i had already been at work. So, now the courier has to leave and i did not get my Data Router - Thanks Vodacom! FYI..... it's the 21st Century.... I rent and do not own so i do not have any Utility Bills with my name on it. All my statements get emailed to me; I am not a commissioner of auths so it's a ****** mission to get any printed document to be stamped by a commissioner or by the police. So i'll make it easy for you guys... please cancel my contract. I merely renewed it and i am sure as hell not going to put any effort in to continue using it nor to get the upgrade. Have a great day. I have been with Vodacom for 10 years + but the last 2 years you guys have given me the worst service ever. So i will definitely be moving SPs in December.
I have had a data contract as a backup for years! The contract has expired and is now on month to month. I have called the call centre to cancel but with no success. I have sent emails and get an automatic reply saying that they will be in touch in 48 hours... but I never get a call from them. If a company send an auto response with a time frame it should be kept to! This is absolutely terrible service!
<p>So, i have NEVER had a problem with data usage, because Vodacom has ALWAYS notified me via automated sms when my Data Bundel was depleted. </p> <p> </p> <p>Twice now, in two consecutive months have my data bundles run out and R350 - R450 of airtime depleted (two consectutive months after 15 years of being a client?!). The first time i was lucky enough to get through to the "solutions department" who refunded the airtime to me immidiatly, yet this month i get through to a call centre in Cape Town (Who cannot transfer to the Solutions Department)...</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Thandi, and asked her if Vodacom still sends out the sms's that data has been depleted. Her response is "SOMETIMES"; i'm sorry but what is "Sometimes?!"...</p> <p> </p> <p>Then i continue my query only to be told that it is my responsibility to check my data balances (I agree, but vodacom has vetted me over years to not ever need to do this becuase of an automated sms notification system).</p> <p> </p> <p>So, after arguing "responsibility", i subsequently get told that vodacom "Does Not send the notification sms's anymore", so which is it Thandi... Does Vodacom send it "sometimes" or "not anymore"?</p> <p> </p> <p>With my contract up for renewal, i doubt Vodacom will be my 1st choise this time around.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have stayed with Vodacom for 15 Years because of great service and fantastic systems that are in place to assist Clients but that seems to be non existent anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get lied to on a query, just to "shut me up"?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Vodacom.</p>
<p>We have been waiting for a parcel for AGES!</p> <p>i think this is the only delivery service which does not inform you of what time they will deliver or even attempt to get hold of you when they are at your gate!</p> <p> </p> <p>we told them that the intercom is not in service, and hooting cannot be heard! We asked for them to call when they are at the gate and that we will be at home the whole day.... now we are home bound for 2 days and each time we call them they say they have been here already!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL WHEN YOU ARE AT THE GATE!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>All other couriers use sms services, and their drivers are on point with calling and keeping clients updated, whats Aremax's problem?!</p> <p> </p> <p>DISGUSTING SERVICE!</p>
