They listed me on experion for not paying but i have debit order and never missed a payment. Never called and asked about payment and when i phone in they dont see that i ever missed payment but still making my name bad for nothing.
Totally useless, no one can help you. don't even try to phone there contact number been on the phone for an hour and they keep transferring me around. Will rather cancel my services and look for a provider with service
Very bad after sales service. I bought a aircon in December they didn't have the unit I wanted but phoned me and said they had a AEG unit that they can install they would just send the wifi-card the next week the truck is on the way. It is end of January they first just kept giving me excuses and now they do not answer my messages.
Axxess cancelled my line without permission. I phoned them and sent them mail with my address and rejected the transfer of my line. They transferred my line in the middle of the month after i have paid for this service. Not the first time this happened they have a lot of *********** people working in the fibre orders department.
Have been without internet for a week. Phone them 3 times per day. each time we get same response. "we will let you know once we have feedback". I have a zoom fibre line and cannot call them myself because axxess is the provider. Rather take internet directly with supplier perhaps you will get some support.
Been 2 months since we app**** for platinum banking. Finally after begging received my card. Phoned support to help me because of issues with card. Support agent tells me account still not converted to platinum cant give me business managers name because no one has been assigned to our account. They said account has been converted but don't supply me with any details as platinum user. Just send me one card. Service is horrible and takes forever. How should you do business like this. Hopefully one day i get someone to help me if I am still at this bank.
Bought a brother multifunctional printer. Mustek has come to collect it 4 times because of a fault. This started last year in November 2022. Since then been able to use the printer for 2 weeks. The printer has been with mustek for more than a month now again. It is April 2023 now and we still have no printer. When they sell printer it says next business day support. They don't give any support
Brother printers have next business day repair warranty onsite. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now. They don't even respond to emails. Got a call from a tech saying he will sort it and get call booked been another week still no response. They are quick to sell with the warranty but not so quick when you actually need them to come out
When you go to their online store the stock shows in stock but when you buy they just keep you on a line saying they are waiting for stock. Why say you have stock when you don't. Not the first time this happened to me as well. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I learned my lesson now.
