Never deal with Rawson, they are *******! Especially the north riding/randburg department with Riana de velliers, they went out there way to keep my deposit and not pay me. Going as far as bending the law and upgrading the house cosmetically using my deposit when in fact there was no damage. Disgusting
Ndivhuwo was excellent and kept me updated every step of the way and kept calling me to make sure I am okay and that I am home safely

Pathetic!! worst call center i have ever experienced. been calling everyday to solve the problem and everyone is reluctant to help, the standard response is 24 to 48 hours!!! its been 2 weeks!!! they promised me a router however i find out that the ticket was never logged. the call center agents sighs and is so unhappy and says she cannot help me?? so i am paying you for internet but i have no internet! this is called Theft!!!
<p>this morning 10 Jan 2017 I was credited with an amount of R735 which was owed to me from a previous error that Telkom made, approximately 3 minutes later I was debited with an amount of R1000 for no apparent reason, I can see in the last few hours I am not the only person to experience this "double debit", my account is now overdrawn. Telkom you must credit our accounts before close of business today 10 Jan 2017, if this is not solved by then a legal case will be opened against Telkom and I am positive I will not be alone in this as this is a matter of theft and will have criminal implications </p> <p> </p> <p>Please respond with a solution urgently </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
