I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bolt South Africa today. I booked a "Scheduled Ride" days in advance for a critical 08:00 pickup. Despite booking early to ensure reliability, the service completely failed. Between 07:45 and 08:00, multiple drivers accepted the trip and then canceled. Eventually, at 08:00 exactly, the Bolt app canceled the request entirely, leaving me stranded and late for my appointment. What makes this worse is the support. I have tried to resolve this via the in-app chatbot and email, only to be sent in automated loops with no human assistance or accountability. If Bolt offers a "Scheduled" feature, they should ensure a vehicle is actually secured or compensate the user when they fail. I am looking for a human representative to contact me and provide a formal apology and a credit to my account for the significant inconvenience caused.
Useless customer service agents. Asked for delivery to be arranged for a day when I am home to receive the order but instead delivery takes place on the day before when no one is home and on the agreed day no delivery happens. They also use Courier IT to make delivery which is probably the worst delivery company in the country. To remedy this situation I have promptly canceled my order and will never deal with the company again.
Useless staff. Unable to speak basic english. Do not return calls. Do not answer calls. I advise all companies to not do business with these fools as it will damage your reputation with your end customers.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has green screen issues. Don't buy this phone. No support from Huawei South Africa. They referred me back to Telkom who are themselves even more useless.
Absolutely useless and incompetent call center staff. Not capable of doing a number port correctly. Store staff are a waste of time. Stealing oxygen. I advise everyone to cancel all dealings with Telkom. That company should close down and all the useless employees should disappear.
<p>I applied for a 24 month mobile router contract. On the application form I provided the required delivery address . However Twlkom end up delivering to another city in a different province. Call center and the staff at Mall of Africa completely useless is assisting to get the router delivered to me and then completely useless in getting the contract cancelled and having my money refunded.</p>
