Jaime from Tygervalley was an absolute star!!! She is friendly, patient and fast. I received quotes from a lot of travel agencies, but I chose Pentravel because of Jaime. I was up and down and everywhere to get the best rate. She went out of her way to accomodate me and stayed friendly and patient. 100 stars to her!!
They quickly to take your money, but when I wanted to cancel their servises they are full of excuses and nobody can assist. I need the 17.W form. And they just refuse to send this. I do not want to take the flag of my name, I just want them to cancel the debit order as I want to pay my 1 creditor myself.
I bought Perfume for my sister's birthday last year. 100ml Clinique Happy. They confirmed that this was the real one and not the replica. However she only opened it this year to start using. The spray lid is not working and I cannot get the perfume out. I paid R879 for this (which looks to my now it is a reject). They refuse to exchange, fix or refund this item because it was bought last year. Now what am I suppose to do with a R879 bottle of perfume that I cannot use as it does not spray the perfume out????????? I cannot afford to buy another, neither afford to lose this money. I think that is terrible from their side NOT TO ASSIST!!!! They refuse to give me the manager's details so i can speak to them directly.
I bought pvc blinds, and within a month 2 of them torn in the middle. I have send the pictures and ask for a credit for some other blind as I did not want the same again. His reply was that they dont recommend the PVC blinds as this is bad quality. He contacted the manager who refuses to give credit as I dont have the packaging anymore. The blinds are on the wall and lasted a month... who would keep the packaging, seriously. I said I will take if off and bring to them... you cannot sell them again....If it is sych bad quality, why do you stock them? And why dont you tell me before hand?
I upgraded and they made a mess. So I cancelled. I decided to give then another change, and I was told that they do have BOTH devices in stock and I chose the Samsung A52. I was told it would be shipped in 4, to 6 working days... O phoned back today to find out, as it has been 6 days to get told that there DONT HAVE ANY IN STOCK!!!!!!. I just dont belive this!!!! I have been trying since 27 July where the operator also messed up!!!!!. If I was YOU, I will find a phone and send this to me!. You are unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been waiting 2 months for my device, because of Cell C mess up. So I decided to cancel the upgrade and order from MTN as they do have stock. I cancelled Friday 17 Sept and was told it would take 2 days and Then I MUST PHONE BACK. I did and was not cancelled. Phoned wednesday and it was not cancelled. Phoned today, 4.5 days later and guess what.... NOT CANCELLED. I was told by the customer service that NINA SKOSANA the supervisor will phone me back, I said I will give her 1 hour..... guess what.... NO PHONE CALL!!!. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!
And here we are again or rather still. Had ine reply from Cell C and I answered and nothing happened. I received 4 emails to say soneone will call me, but nobody did. Then they ask me to rate the service of my query..... how can I rate if NOBODY CONTACT ME?????? THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!! i just ohoned now again and when I press 2 I just get cut off..... really?.???
Service and Staff incompetant. I upgraded my contract on 27 July 2021 and was told that they dont have my phone that I want in stoch, however as soon as it gets in, they will contact me. In the meantime I will pay R94 less than my original contract. I phoned during August just to be told that they will be in contact with me as soon as the ohones arrive. I have mailed them, with no response. So I tried again yesterday, just to be told they must transfer me to someone else. This happened 6 times and 6 times I had to repeat all my details just to be cut off 6 times! This morning I decided to say on the website that I would like a contract, wasnt even 1 minute somene phoned me and after explaining said that they will transfer me, and again cut off. So I tried one more time to phone, ro be told that the agent never ordered my upgrade or phone, and that they did have phones in Aug, but because my name was not on the back log they did not contact me. So I had to answer all the questions again and get.sms that I was upraded and that they will email me the details. Still nothing. However I was told that I can cancel within 5 to 7 days. I told them if I dont get my phone within that pwriod I will, as MTN can give me the same deal and phonne. I have send an email agin, twice. And still no response. They very good for new business, but useless with upgrades and exciting clients. I requested the first agent's name, but was Told that she is not allowed to tell me.... Useless!!!!!! And I am furios almpst 2.months later
I send a complaint on 4 December 2020. I was contact and advised that I will receive a voucher within 2 days. On 28 December 2020 I sent another email as I did not receive any voucher. I received a response on 2 January 2021 from Zara Kelderman stating that I will receive the voucher in the upcoming week. Today is 19 January 2021 and STILL NO VOUCHER. Your service and quality of food has really dropped in the last year. POOR SERVICE WOOLWORTHS!!
I sent a complaint to the customer service care email and received an automated response on 22 December. As of yesterday 18 January 2021, no one in Pick n Pay has even made an attempt to contact me. Your Customer service is really poor. Will someone contact me so that my complaint can be resolved. Do not appreciate waiting a month with no contact..... not even an email stating we investigating.
