You send in the form, they reply with please fill out the form. You send it back, they ask for the form again. They ask for all sorts of other documents no other gap asks for. They just seem to be sending me round and round in circles for 2 weeks, getting nowhere. Will look to switch. Maybe it's AI not answering you, but I have filled out the form and attached it multiple times, with only ever getting automated responses they recieved it, and when I follow up they say fill out the claim form... again.
Victor and Mbo were very friendly delivery people who were happy to oblige. After my online order was placed, I was kept a bit in the dark about a long lead item, but after phoning in twice eventually I came into contact with Sboniso, and he was proactive and a champ who sorted everything out. My kids love their new bed, thanks!
Theres a lot of negative reviews, which made me worry about my order. Theres was a mix up where the website said there was stock, after I ordered it turned out there wasn't. Godknows (the owner) was very kind in finding me an alternative, at a really good price. He had good communication and was pro active with status updates. Just treat him like a fellow human being, who is trying to run a business. He is not trying to rip you off, sometimes mistakes happen, supplier stock changes, he will help you resolve it, it's all part of business. Thank Godknows for the great service, if I need to buy another point of sale computer I will come back to you. Kind regards.
When the blinds are fully closed, completely maxed out, you can see through the bottom part of the blinds. The top of blinds are closed. The bottom portion you can see though.. The order has stated customercare at decorland dot coza, but that email address does not even exist! Thats how much they care about supporting their product. It's pretty much the absolute cheapest product, made as cheaply as possible, so they can maximize profit. Phoned in and eventually figured out the are actually Ledaine Trading. Explained the situation, sent photos, the person sounded very uninteresting in rectifing the situtation and said she would get back to me (felt like she was just trying to get me off the phone so she can get on with her life). After a week I am not suprised n-one got back to me.
Phoned into Capitec, no help. Used their contact us form on their website, no reply. The only way they response from them is if you leave them a review here. So here goes. My physical card is still not working. Phoned in they say everything is fine on their side. But when I try pay it says "Card on Hold". It needs to be escalated to their card division so they can unblock it. Was at the shop by the tils with tied hungry toddlers for 1 hour on the phone trying to sort it out going nowhere, could not pay for the stuff even though sufficient balance, and theres "nothing wrong with the Card" as they say. Capitec suddenly out of the blue messed up my virtual and physical cards and they stop working. Adter a bunch of phone calls and escalations got the virtual cards sorted, now the same with the physical card. What a disaster.
Shipped the wrong product, then said I would get a refund. Refund did not go through. Then have been stalling for a month to issue the refund. Have sent the docs they said they require, they say they have not received them, including a bank statement. If a bank statement prooves I did not get a refund, why did I have to jump through so many many hoops trying to get in writing from the bank on a letter head that the refund did not occur?
Business Banking: I tried pausing and then resuming my virtual card, since then the virtual card does not work. Removing it and adding a new virtual card does also not work. In desperation I added my physical card, and now that is declined due "suspected *****". I provide business software to clients, and host on servers, but cannot pay for the servers, this is a nightmare. Save yourself a lot of stress, phone call, and contacting support (still not resolved), and just don't pause your virtual card.
Their personal banking is brilliant and converted many people to capitec, but their business banking is a dog show. Try contact them for help, their contact form keeps tell you your message is too long (BY HOW MUCH? Got to keep abbreviating and abbreviating). Like anything over a single sentence is too long. Well some issues aren't trivial and require more context. Your mobile business banking app has no feature to export your sars payments for Proof of payment, and their app BLOCKS YOU from taking a screen shot, so you are stuck. Frusting self after selfie attempt blocking you because they don't recognize that yourself is you. You can't view you card details because your andriod APP settings must be set to block display on display (whereby andriod doesnt let you block the system display on display app), there by you can never satisify this apps falsely inflated requirements. and you can never see your card details. SARS credit push payments also come up with the wrong reference numbers and don't get allocated. I spend about 2 hrs every week trying to clean up efiling mess because it is not done right. The help you file agents know nothing about capitec business. And EVERY time you goto open the app, it has to update first. And lots of other random features they like to disable at random times, e.g. they just turn off internet banking for your profile without telling you. Generally they love to tie your hands in new a limiting ways and every step.
Can't return an item. 10 minutes after ordering the items, I see the wifi access point does not have ethernet ports, on another site cause takealot does not bother posting decent photos. I follow their documentation to cancel the order. The cancel button is not available. I email them and open a support ticket to return the item. 2 days later they finally contact me and say they can't cause it's already started the packging process. Soon as I get the delivery SMS, sent it to them and they will cancel the delivery and return the item. He also said if he can't cancel it in time reject the delivery. So I sent it to him, no reply, its quiet, no update. Takealot comes to delivery it, I reject it, the next day they come to deliver the same package again.
Ground hog day, they send you sms's/emails to submit proof of identiy. You Fill out the form, they thank you for successfully submitting it. Few hours later you get the same request. Fill the form out 5 times. Eventually phone in and wait, speak to customer service, and then they stop badgering you for the same info.
