In May they debited my account after I had canceled the policy with them. I visited the bank about this for reversal. They than called me to say they need proof of cancelation which I sent to them. The next call was that I should expect payment within 21 days. Until today nothing paid back. They are ****ming people for the fact that I canceled the policy in January 2025 boom May they deducting my account
I had policy with them that I canceled in January. I received cancelation letter that there was no deduction until the 19 April they went through my account to debit the money. I did follow up today the India lady on the phone only cared about selling their products and told me they can't refund me unless I sent the qoute the polocy I took and cancelation letter they sent me. She was so rude and *********** even to say she doesn't care I can report this matter further after I told her that this is going far. Auto and General are *****ulent and their team had no customer care they are only about money

I received a call that I am owing ER consulting +-R450 which was than handed over. The thing is there was no communication about this account up until I received the call saying I am owing +- R2000 if I ask why is that the guy is saying it's for 41 email, 41 call, and 41 sms which I am not aware of them. I never received an email about this account only few smses and few calls. I then requested to talk to supervisor about this matter the gentleman said not he is not allowed to transfer me to his supervisor. I requested that he email the statement he just hang off the phone. I feel so ****med as the communication he is talking about never ever happened yet I have to pay so much. These people are ****mers
Worst medical aid ever. They declined mri after I had post operation 11 Nov, I had swollen optical nerves which affects my eyesight Nero and optometrist requested mri. They have motivated but no luck. I had to go back home shortsighted as they are trying since the 14th Nov till today I am denied mri. My head is swollen as well after post opt caused by assault. I had to pay R18000 for it which I don't have. Coming out of hospital with bills they are not paying bloods, they shortfall on lot of payments. Medication since May I am but cash because it was exhausted long time ago
Bought a car in May from Vivek under Clinton supervision. The car had problems with radio, connectivity, broken light. I discovered all of that after collecting the car. I have been in and out of the dealership. We are in July I have a problem with registration of the car. The deal was that I leave the car with them in the morning they will sort out everything and bring the car in the afternoon. The car ca.e back as it was with no changes at all. I refused to take it back and kept the one they gave me in the morning. Boom they both came around 20:00 to collect the car. I feel so abused by Clinton as I need the car for a reason. They left me without any car tonight
Vivek an Clinton @hyndai Pinetown don't care about their clients once the car has been out of their dealership. I am so disappointed with their service. I bought a car and collected it on the 9 May. I had to talk so much in order for it to be ready on that day since the agreement date passed. After collecting the car it was not serviced as pet our agreement I felt ******, the light in the car is broken since May they said it will take 21 days which has passed already and the light is not fixed. Car registration not done until today if I do follow up 1st was told they are awaiting logbook, long wait I sent an email no response. Installment is higher that what we agreed upon. I feel so ****** and disrespected by the dealership as they are not communicating with me about the light and the registration.
Netcare medical scheme, I have gap cover with netcare plus, a claim made in March is not paid up to today, when I call them they said the claim has been sent to someone that person has no name and it's been a month. I am not happy at all with the service. I will cancel my membership soon
They are quick to respond and very friendly consultants they have. I got assisted twice with the service when my car was flat. Got immediate response and follow up until everything was done. Thank you keep up the gud work
I have canceled the policy with clientele in 2023, boom this month a debt order of R684 was deducted into my account. I tried to reverse and the bank said they can't because of the mandatory they have which I don't have. I sent them WhatsApp and email with regards the refund but no response. They are stilling my money I want it back
