the month of april they debited my account on the wrong date 19 instead of the 20th, the account charged me bank charges, and later the debit order went again on the 26th without my consent and bounced again which caused charges again. finally went month end and they got money. and after a month they suspended my subscription and when i went to telkom store they told me i have to pay extra R201 for unpaid debit order, like really now? i then explained what happed and they refered me to call centre for dispute i then called and talked to a lady called Aphelele who asked me to send statement as proof, which i highlighted and sent it to her early this month, and no reply until now. all i can say is i am really disappointed with your service, i really thought i can rely on you since your prices are reasonable for sim data that i have used on my wifi. please assist me so that i can reconnect. 0836503355

so irritated by what happened, i called on the 7th of September to cancel the phone contract, they sent me an outstanding amount with the reference via sms. i paid, and called to confirm if they received the payment, and they said yes. a month passed, today when i check my statement then to realized that they continued to debit again this month on the 20th, like really now?? when i call, the consultant cant even explain what's going on, and she ended up keeping quite without any reply when i ask questions, thats rude. 0693179775 fix your mess please, i want the account closed and my money back....!!!
bought ZTE wifi rooter last week and DSV told me they will deliver on saturday then i waited the whole day and no communication. monday i had to call them and ask whats happening, they told me they had technical problem, well they delivered yesterday. i connected around 5pm, it and it is not working, i called mtn help line for more than 2hours while telling me different stories and taking me to different departments, only to find out that they did not RICA the sim, How ***********????? ok then they did help me with that, today it is still notworking, i called again, they told me that they need to ACTIVATE it, i waited the whole 30min plus to get to that department and even now i have not reach them, i am just helpless njhe, i am really disappointed with your service you are neglecting your loyal customers. i feel so helpless, if you do not want to help me just cancel the contract. i am really angry right now. i need to use this WIFI asap. sadam ndlovu contact no: 0836503355 please fix this

since 2018 i have been having the policy with them, and even recommended them to people but from no where in June 2022 they decided to change our policy from no access to R5000 access when you claim.. i mean who does that? are we even safe here? after an enquiry, now you bribe people to rate you with 5star here at hellopeter so they will get 10% discount once off their next premiums, shame on you. give clients the right service and they will rate you well without any bribe. im disappointed on your service, at least when you decide to put access why didn't you reduce monthly payment????????????????

i called help line 4 times already looking for help to use USSD/ APP to purchase data and voice bundles but until now it still not working it keeps on saying "there was an error processing your transaction" and until now am still stuck, i mean i have a contract sim there but the service i am getting i do not like it. all consultant keep on saying they will investigate and give me solution in 24hours, but its almost two months now no reply, nothing at all. some of the ref:1-16873917927 & 1-1723589192. can someone please assist me 0836503355
they are very slow to respond to enquiries especially emails, i mean since i asked them for Certificate print out because i lost mine, i have not got help even now and its been long time. they reply emails after a week, which needs you to respond, then they take another week to reply.........like really now????
