Never buy Yoco the support and after sales is shocking. I received my device yesterday. After i linked the device i received a message saying business is not linked. After trying to get hold of the support team after several attempts I noted that the serial number of the device differs from the box and the device is registered with another company. No one can give me clear answers of the device is a second hand or why it is registered with another company. So basically new unhappy customer with a device he cannot use.
Quick and efficient with friendly staff. My vehicle went in for minor repairs on my rear driver side door on a Monday. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my case was handed over to Johan. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I asked him to have a look at two other minor issues and he assured me that they will be able to assist. Wednesday around lunchtime I received a call that my vehicle was done - Quicker than the estimated collection date. WELL DONE AUTOMAGIC STIKLAND & JOHAN.
<p> Worst service ever!!! I have been paying for months now for a 4 MBPS line. Some days I hardly even get a 1MBPS line. I have strings of email complains. Numerous phone calls. I think it's poor that I have to pay every month a full R499 but I NEVER receive a full 4MBPS line. I think I should make a stop payment and start to EFT only half of the monthly fee - see how you guys feel about that? When I call and eventually get half of a operator, the response is: "we will look into it and call you back" as to today, I still sit and wait, or the best of all is, you phone me back the next day around lunch time when I am at work... seriously the issue was last night when I were home! The one call center agent even went so far as to blame the issue on my router??? So he wants me to spend even more money, does he honestly think I am so stupid? I have plugged the internet cable directly into my laptop, and still my speed stays the same! I am well aware that I am no IT guru so my Technology and IT knowledge is not that good, but I had several friends and family member that had a look at my internet and all of them agree, is that the issue is with the service provider. I am just asking? how van my internet work fine for a week and all of a sudden it drops to below 1MBPS? I cannot even load/ open a page? How can you continue to rob your loyal customers like this and never assist when you failed us again?</p>

I expected that things will only be staring after the 9th or so. MY CLAIM WAS APPROVED WITHIN EIGHT WORKING DAYS DURING THE FESTIVE HOLIDAYS!!! I am very happy with the service and quick response from Insure.Fin Administration House and Jacobus (claims department) and PCap Brokers. Keep up the good work. ☺
