I purchased at Mr Price Sport for over R 2 000 then return the items and the shop did not have enough money to refund me, so I had to take a voucher. There is a jacket I want online but I cant use my voucher online. I emailed for help no reply I called in and asked to speak to a supervisor and was cut off what more must I do to try and spend money with your company ????
I placed an order and they had sent 2 of an item of which I only paid for 1 and received 2. the site is not user friendly to email or ask or open a ticket so I took the item back to the Mossel Bay pick up point explained to the staff member and returned the extra item. I was suppose to receive a email from Takealot, nothing. I then did go online and arrange a return and explained why, they told me to tale it back to the pick up point I emailed back and said it was already there, still no response ??? Order 13731182 so now what ? I returned the item on the 5th October.
I have been paying for 3 years plus I have 1 claim of R 1 000 and the nonsense they come back withy every time about statements and not finding stuff however Never will they pick up the phone and say Mrs Niederheitmann this is what we need, an excuse not to pay ?? No customer service at all
My order 268734 to the value of R1673 was returned and received by Snatcher on the 12th May 2023 waybill number OPT-020105111 but as of yet no refund. Their response on my previous compliant was refund done and proof emailed, I have received nothing.
20 days after returning the item and still no refund after I was told it takes 7 days to do a refund, they are ****mers !!!!!!
I requested the insurance on my Vodacom contract to be cancelled after an unauthorised increase on the 24th July 2020. Needless to say it was not done, after complaining I have not been refunded and definitely not from 24th July 2020. I have contacted Vodacom and Finrite on numerous occasion but this matter is NOT resolved so do I now go to the Ombudsman ?
