The number +27 31 110 0244 phones me up to 5 times a day. It is Telkom based and I have a Telkom based sim card so blocking does not help - obviously as a Helkom company they can bypass blocks. This starts around 08:00 and ends around 18:00 - it is obviously "manned" as the cut off time varies and office noise can be heard. Harassment - this has been going on for about 4 years with no end in sight - I am being forced to change numbers - definitely moving from Helkom!!!!
Absolutely pathetic company. My 90 year old Mother has been emailed by them for a car insurance incident. It has NOTHING to do with her. It's for a totally different client. I have asked fit clarity but am ignored. Her 'broker' is absolultey useless .... told me to 'hold my horses, I am busy' - what a load of *******. A 90 year old being spammed and ****med by Momentum - do not have the decency to answer e mails. Marks Masilela (Momentum Claims)and Annette Davies (useless broker ). So much for client privacy, I will be contacting both the client involved as well as the industry ombudsman. Disgusting Disgusting Disgusting. We're given 24 hours to respond, 10 DAYS later, no response.
1 star is far too good. I have been trying to get the account transferred from my late wife to my name. I am met by lies from the supposed GMW of Western cape. I have comp**** with all the irrelevant forms they want and been promised continually it will be done but it's not. The account is up to date, they refuse to help. #MIMO765331722. Call centre is useless, complaints - useless. Supposed director - useless. Why - 4 months - why???????
I have submitted documents and a request for my late wife's pension to be paid to me. 12 weeks later, I am still waiting. I get nothing but promise after promise to get back to me. I should have guessed this would happen, had to request the relative forms 3 times ... DISGUSTING. Should have their license revoked.
Order outstanding for 11 months. I wanted stuff that was in stock because i have had enough only to be told my goods are in the container ... the CONtainer. They are scam artists and crooks, stay away.
I need documents certified by a Commissioner of Oaths or a Bank Manager, specifically as requested by a third party. I asked on the Standard Bank Facebook page, via messenger as to which branch has a manager in my area, I even gave them a few branches to assist. The answer I received: Use the Banking App. Obviously the staff have no clue as to how to read. Once again, Standard Bank have managed to insult me - why should I expect anything different. As an ex banker, I would have been fired for that answer. Disgusting service, or non service. Very quick to charge me all sorts of fees but cannot give an answer .... like the call centre, customer service is not a priority at Standard Bank.
I have attempted to upgrade my data contract three times. Each time my new sim card is sent to an address in Worcester. I have told them repeatedly that I do NOT live in Worcester and live in Cape Town. Telkom refuse to believe I know where I live - the courier company has tried to assist me but Telkom refuses to work with them or me. The last time I went to a Telkom stand and spoke to the consulatnt, I told him what my problem was, he assured me it would not happen again - guess what? Today I get a call from the courier, they are sitting outside my house - in Worcester. I am sick and tired of the disgusting (non) service from them. My bill finds its way to my address so why can't a sim card? BECAUSE HELKOM DON'T CARE!!!!!!
#SupportLocal We received outstanding service form Corne Korff at our local CTM in the Richwood Business Park. His knowledge and assistance when we were first looking at tiles to the help with extending our project from one room to 4, plus a wall was very helpful. Being able to return unused product at the end was great (as was being able to swap out adhesives). He was extremely accurate when it cam eto quantities needed - more accurate than out tiler (hence the return of unused materials). He was always friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
I organised and paid for a share load with 4 Cities. They do not answer phone calls or mails. I was promised collection of the goods but nothing has happened. I feel I have been scammed, stay away from them. Unfortunately I had used them before and was happy with the service, I did feel it was a bit strange paying in full up front, but, as I had not had a problem before, like a fool I paid. I am now going to small claims court to get my money back. This has been going on since October 2018
