Hi I am a customer at Makro and since last week Friday, I am trying to make a purchase. I click on the payment process for my bank card and follow the entire procedure. When it comes to payment, it just hangs and hangs. I called the call centre and was advised that the technician rectified the issue, to try again. I tried again and again. No success. Today same issue. Lerato and Sibongile, two separate calls, leave me on hold. No feedback. No callback? Why? Kindly respond. Kavita
<p>Bought bread rolls from a supermarket. Label code said 322 and Sell by date 08/02/17.</p> <p>Saw the signs of rot on rolls as I was prepping lunch.</p> <p>What a waste of R11.50 for 6 rolls.</p> <p>We do not have money to toss in the bin.</p> <p>Furthermore, we lost time travelling to buy rolls.</p> <p>Never mind that lunch could not be made.</p> <p>AND I had to outlay spending money.</p> <p>So disappointing and annoying.</p>
<p>Lunch was terrible here.</p> <p>Tumblers came dirty.</p> <p>Waited an hour and 20 minutes for lunch.</p> <p>Assistant manageress offered complimentary bread and butter.</p> <p>Served steak that was prepared incorrectly (not what we ordered).</p> <p>No vegetables that were advertised.</p> <p>Replacement vegetables mash and butternut looked like something a cat would throw up.</p> <p>Cool drinks came in small bottles and were warm on a summer's day.</p> <p>Waitress Pearl was new, no experience at all with taking orders.</p> <p>Even the water order was taken incorrectly.</p> <p>R400 later and no tip, left disappointed and very upset.</p> <p>New management we were told. when we enquired.</p> <p>Just BAD SERVICE and a disgrace to a place like Ballito.</p>
<p>Called the Card Division to ask for a credit review. Completed the process (20 minutes later), SB cut the call and no call back apology.</p> <p>Called aga in on 13/01, Ref ********** 791 that too via Customer Care in Phoenix, Neliswe tried to assist and asked Mohau who said Bongani from NSA would call back by the end of 13/010/2017. No response.</p> <p>Called again and spoke to Tseumbenzo and was told that Bongani, NSA would call back within 24 to 48 hours.</p> <p>Weekend passed and no response.</p> <p>Left a secure message with SB Customer Care, Neliswe called, and apologised. admitted that it was poor service. Tried to assist by calling Linda, Ref ********** 83 who could not assist. She was to email Bongani for a response and since them today, 17/01, there has been no response.</p> <p>All our fees are being used by Standard Bank to outsource assistance from NSA who just do not care or respond.</p> <p>It is very worrying considering that my accounts and my immediate's family financial future lie in Standard Banks hands.</p> <p>Went to Umhlanga to complain on 2017-01-14 and was told that nobody was available to assistant. I asked to leave my contact details and that "somebody would get back to you".</p> <p>Disgraceful service Standard Bank.</p> <p>I do not even want the review.... this is all about principle and rectitude... which Standard Bank and its staff obviously lacks.</p> <p>Pathe</p>
<p>We frequented the McCafe in Umhllanga.</p> <p>Teller clicked her tongue and muttered under her breath, got the order wrong and to make matters worse, we ordered IN, we were served coffee in the paper cups.</p> <p> </p> <p>Waitress said they only had 3 cups and it had to be washed so other customers could use them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cant believe that a coffee shop would have 3 cups!!!</p> <p>An insult to the McDonalds chain!</p> <p> </p> <p>Called the Manager Sifiso to voice my complaint, bare understanding of English and no positive feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
