Great service, late night delivery
Thank you for the service, delivering even after hours to make sure the package is delivered. with all the headaches from the Digital planet, you guys at MDS were outstanding.

Horrible purchase experience at vodacom store app
Horrible purchase experience at Vodacom store app, First I had to call 3 different departments at Vodacom to get the reference number that the black Friday app deals on the mobile app are in the rewards department. after all that frustration they confirmed a delivery, they delivered a voucher that will be fulfilled by Digital planet. What a **** show of a company Digital Planet. they are completely brain dead and cont deliver a service, keep postponing delivery dates. their whats app business experience is horrible and their call center!! I am not going to buy from Vodacom store ever again! So disappointed spending so much money and having nothing for it. been weeks now.

Bad WhatsApp use, bad Service!!
bad design of WhatsApp for business, they try and verify purchase and then place me in a queue, when I am Nr1 they assigned me "Antoinette", She/he/bot did absolutely nothing and then after 3 hours they close the chat and say agent disconnected. then a follow-up message places me back in the queue at the back 88th. Tried to call them just after 16:30, got eventually answered by someone, but the audio quality was so bad no one can hear them. then they put the phone down. I just want my TV!! Don't know why Vodacom would use them because I will never buy a Black Friday deal from Vodacom again! I have sent an email, I hope this gets resolved!!

Private Finance Service is useless
<p>The worst service you will find if you are looking for Private Finance, The following person is always out of office or are just not responding to my mail, They are sending the application to one Adviser and she is terrible. Hartley, Lavern is the employee at Wesbank @ the private finance sector.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst Service Ever!</p>
