I went to the shop at the Merlot center in Tableview, Been going there for 6 months and they never have Peter Stuyvesant Blue, I mentioned that to the clerk (scruffy looking gent with badly painted nails and an attitude of note, When I mentioned they never have the brand I am looking for he straight told me "BUL****". Now I have no issue going across tp the spar to get what I want, the principle is that you do not treat clients that way.. I am personally never going to that shop again and will advise my entire family and friends to avoid them as well.
Service delivery is terrible, DO NOT USE Uber eats. We placed and order a 5pm, after waiting over 2 hours we never received our food, this is unacceptable, then our order was cancelled seeing as waiting times was apparently longer that expected. This is utterly unacceptable. we tried to call the driver but it went straight to voicemail. I will never recommend nor use Uber/Uber eats ever again. Bad service seems to be their standard as the previous order we had with Uber eats my food was completely destroyed by the time it got here.
We have been in process of purchasing a property, after some email ping pong with our own bank, we where getting disheartened due to some terrible service, Our estate Agent then put us in contact with Len TimBrell from Betterbonds, This man has given us some exceptional service and was able to get us really positive feedback from two Institutions, I would like to say Thank you for your exceptional service and I will definitely use the same guy again on my next property purchase as the service and response exceeded anything i could have expected and more.
We placed 2 order via mr delivery, my wife placed one for Burgers from NNK sport bar and i placed an order for desert from Rocco Mama's, The desert arrived, but we have not received our food and have not even gotten a call or a message to state what is going on? we cannot get a hold of support as the phone lines are closed for lockdown, and they are not even responding to the emails???? this is the worst service ever from Mr delivery. very dissapointed!!!!
And Telkom famous bad service record strikes again, I have settled my account and after 2 months there is still a listing against me on compuscan??? I was told it would be removed in seven days from date of payment letter received, yet i am still sitting with the issue, I would never advise anybody to use any Telkom service and advise rather getting a cellular phone from MTN then deal with these IDIOTS. Telkom #1 in Bad service across the globe!!!!!
I got a response on my previous review on 30 April 2020 and was told that the Social media manager will call me, I have till thus far not received any feedback, The original issue was that they blacklisted me for non payment where as I have proof on my bank statements that i have paid every month and have no arrears. They have failed to capture my payments and then listed me??? I have since spoken to the credit manager(Mogamad Bailey who was rather pleasant) who then picked up the error and rectified and allocated the payments to my account, but yet I was still needlessly listed with ITC. I would like to know who was responsible for this error and have they been reprimanded(as if i made a mistake like this in my occupation I would surely have gotten a written warning) would like a PUBLIC APOLOGY from ADT and my name Immediately removed from ITC along with a letter to state that this was a mistake on ADT accounts side. As a long standing customer with ADT this is not the level of service or professionalism I would expect.
Apparently my account is in arrears for Feb & March 2020, yet if i check my payment history for ADT I have been paying religiously every moth without fail, now they have listed me with Compuscan because they are not successfully capturing payment during lockdown??? this is ridiculous. I have a full payment history on my account you *******s.
I have been an axxess client for over 4 years, Had my VDSL 40Mbps line with them and all was great, I recently switched to a Premium 100/100 uncapped line with axxess which is quit allot more expensive than the previous, and I have not once gotten more than 50Mbps since i got the line, today i got home from the office, needing to log in again seeing as I work from home every 2 weeks, and I am getting a 3Mbps download speed???? I call the call centre and get told everything is fine on their end and I need to carry my very expensive Gaming PC to connect it directly to the Vumatel box so I can Trouble shoot??? This is not my Job, I do not pay Axxess every month to do my own troubleshooting, then While I am on the line I can hear the Support agent Put the phone down on her desk as apparently what the customer wants is not important. the Agent was Yandisa. on Saturday 26/10/2019 @ 18:07. I would like to be contacted by a regional manager or higher as I am now Fed up with paying for a service that i am not receiving!!!!
Once again my order got *****ed up, 1 in 10 deliveries from Takealot.com that i have placed has gone off without issue, either no stock but shows plenty available, and now they send me items that are firstly not what i ordered and in the wrong size, I ordered a queen size bed set and they send me a single in the wrong color???
I cancelled my line in june 2019, finally free of the most horrible service provider on this planet, i just received my bill, and they are still charging me for this month, I can say i was expecting this as i said above, worst service provider in the world is Telkom!
