I have a Motor plan with them and a scratch and dent as an additional. I put in a scratch claim for my front bumper and the claim was handled so well. I was allowed to select my own service providers who i am happy with. In less than a week the claim was authorized. I spoke a consultant named Dalene who was so professional and helpful. I am very impressed with the service
Went for my annual service in July. Service consultant Excellent, service manager rude. My clutch got adjusted during the service and I kept telling them all 3 times when I had to return it for it to be readjusted. He kept insisting that they could have never touched it yet the mechanic did admit to adjusting it as if I don't know how my car drives daily. Very disappointing and inconveniencing to have to keep going back to them for them to correct it. It's as if I was inconveniencing them. Rude and talking to me like an imbecile because I am a female and the assumption is that I don't know cars or perhaps don't know how to drive my own car. Not the first time I've had a bad experience there. Definitely won't be going back #WIN
I had lunch at Essence Cafe PMB last Friday 27 August 2021. It was my first time there and the food was amazing and our waiter gave us the most friendly service. I went with my work colleagues for a catch up session and ordered a Bacon Alfredo. The food quantity was so much that I couldnt finish it and had to take the rest home. Lol I even ate my doggy bad twice after. Even better because we used The Entertainer App to pay so we got a discount of 2 for the price of one. Well worth the visit and we will definitely be going back again! I am so impressed with their excellent service and tasty food.. #WIN
Very bad experience. Unprofessional. They give tracking numbers but when you track the parcel, they don't update much notes except "diver ran out of time". I've been going on the website everyday but no solutions to exact time or date and time of receipt. Been waiting for my parcel for 6 days and still nothing. Very disappointing. The contact numbers from their website are also difficult to get through and they don't even offer assistance when you do get through this is by far the worse courier company in the country i don't understand how they still operating
<p>We have to wait a very long time for our claims to be process or our policies to be updated. They take a long time to respond and when we call them, their phone lines are always a problem. </p> <p>If you want insurance for your business, dont waste your time with these people. </p>
