Poor customer service. I renewed my unit with them, had to cancel it after waiting for weeks without them confirming anything. After cancelling, they’ve been trying to debit money from my account for the past few months. I’ve been contacting them to stop doing so for months but nothing has stopped.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. For over two weeks, I have repeatedly raised the same ticket regarding my inability to log in to my customer profile/account, yet the issue remains unresolved. To clarify, I have never created a customer profile before. The only detail I used when requesting installation was my cellphone number, and the only password I have ever set is the one used to connect to the router. Despite trying the “Forgotten Password” option multiple times, I have never received any link or PIN to the phone number associated with my profile. At the same time, when I try to sign up, the system indicates that an account already exists for my details, which leaves me completely stuck. I have also engaged with your support agents via email and have gone through several back-and-forth exchanges, only to have the matter dismissed without a proper resolution. To make matters worse, one of your agents called me today and hung up after I explained the situation, without making any effort to assist me. This entire experience has been frustrating and extremely disappointing. If this issue is not resolved soon, it will create further problems when it comes time for me to make payments, as I currently have no way of accessing my account. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
I submitted my rental application on January 29th through Suzanne, and Natasha later stepped in to assist. Since then, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. This seems to be becoming a trend with rental agencies lately—taking your application fee and then completely failing to follow up or provide any feedback. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Terrible mobile service, they suspended my network yet I don’t owe them anything. When I ask them for reasons for such they blamed their system. Bunch of losers.
I have been endlessly trying to reach SANLAM about my previous policy that I have to declare to SARS. Yesterday and today their phone rang for an hour without anyone answering it, this is unacceptable! Their automated WhatsApp number does not work and they never respond to emails. Please get back to me ASAP
I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life! The admin gave us mixed communication and fumbled our application process. Now, we’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks to receive our refund of 15k and they are showing no signs of helping. Again, the front-desk lady **** that money will reflect in the next 4 weeks yet the guy at the finance department said he is not sure if the refund has been processed yet. The Braamfotein branch is disgusting and horribly managed! I demand my full refund ASAP
Once known as EVO Properties now REVO is the worst rental agency you can think of. They abuse the existing contract/lease by consistently adding irregular costs and charges that are not stipulated in the lease. They have the worst service and stinking attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you want a headache and to consistently argue, go ahead and use them.
Quest Claims Solutions has one of the worst service and customer care systems ever. My claim has been with Shantal Govender for over 3 months now without any meaningful progress. There is absolutely no communication from her, everytime I call I am always met with the same almost automated response from Nombulelo saying “I will see if I can find my manager and then I’ll get back to you.” What comes after is predictable, she never returns to me. Then this cycle continues for days. I am tired and cannot stand this unprofessional and demeaning behavior. After waiting for so long, she simply responded with an attitude that I can claim with my insurance if I’m not satisfied, this comes after my claim has been sitting on her desk for months without any meaningful progress. I am beyond frustrated.
If you’re looking for an insurance I’d advise you to stay away from these people. They are dishonest and don’t have a clue with what they are doing.
