If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have diligently paid monthly fees but these **** artists have just ignored their responsibility to prepare accounts for the complex. They defy the CSOS order to prepare them and don't bother to keep owners informed of material changes like the fact that all trustees quit. STAY FAR AWAY.
I recently signed up for Fibre, and received reasonable service for the first week. The second week, my Fibre signal is down to 1 Mbps download and I'm not even able to access my server, nevermind stream movies. Various emails to their "customer care" with screenshots open a service request, only to close them again without even bothering to fix the problem. For a week, I've not been able to work. When I called their customer care line, they didn't even see a service request for me on there! This is absolutely ridiculous!
Not included in the information on the site is that Rain limits the number of devices that are allowed to connect to wifi. My boyfriend and I each have a phone, laptop and Kindle, as well as a cast and so far only 2 of these devices can connect at the same time. This was confirmed when contacting Rain's support today: "You will not be able to connect that many devices on the service.We do not have a specific limit on how many devices can be connected as that is dependant on the speeds being received."
<p>I'm absolutely shocked at the terrible way this company deals with insurance claims. They often need to be chased numerous times before bothering to respond to an email, have kept me chasing them for five months, promise to put the claim through (pending their client's payment of the excess) and then refuse to process the claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous! The way these people deal with claims is a joke.</p>
<p>A DHL truck reversed into my car in August last year.</p> <p>After having to take time off work to get quotes and all the other paperwork to claim from their insurance, they are now refusing to cover the damage to my car (never mind the lost income).</p> <p>They almost never respond to my emails. How is a business this big such a nuisance?</p> <p>This is disgusting treatment.</p>
