Frogfoot Fiber (via AFRIHOST) installed fiber 6 months ago, I have had non stop issues with the connection, restarting, rebooting, connecting to laptop, restarting, pulling out wires - like a bottomless cup of BS. Don't you love it when you read the same copy & paste "we will escalate, it is an issue with Fiber, Frogfoot need to fix it, thank you for being in touch, can we help you with anything else, have a great day". So here we are, once again, rinse and repeat. Dealing with a 3rd party to get Frogfoot to fix what they never installed properly in the first place, apparently escalation takes 3 - 5 days (even though you have escalated the issue before).
I honestly do not know why Santam use Paramount Body Works, they gave them the approval for repair to our Amarok 80 days ago, the vehicle was dropped off on the 22nd March collecting dust NOTHING has been done, and no one is taking ownership of this. Shocking shocking service, I would NEVER EVER recommend using them. Next time I will insist Santam sends us elsewhere in Port Elizabeth. Wayne the manager dodges calls and makes excuses why your vehicle is still sitting on the pavement.

Hello Peter - I ordered and paid for a long list of various items from Takealot, as Christmas presents for my kids - parcel has just arrived on my door step - which is FOUR KITES !!! and nothing else. Conveniently they do not have a contact number on their website for me to call, you have to send an email which they do not respond too. Now what? can you help me with some form of response, please & thank you
Shocking Shocking Shocking - Do go the route with Afrihost.com, they are purely data capturer's for Openserve & any other service provider. I have paid OVER R3000.00 this month for their NON service and NON Response to my grievance. As I did not cancel my ASDL Line before the 23rd of October, I have been charged - for the month of November, which I no longer have. I requested Fibre, which has been installed and of cos I have PAID for the service, IT DOES NOT WORK and HAS NOT WORKED since installed. Day light Robbery - no one respond to emails sent, no one calls back - and we are still without any SERVICE ....

The service, prompt feedback and positive response I received from Old Mutual Wealth Unit Trust - regained my confidence in the company, as they do actually care. Thank you Old Mutual Unit Trusts.

I popped into the Altech Autopage Sunridge Park in Port Elizabeth early on Monday morning - requested and paid for a twin SIM... <br> <br> Today is Saturday and this SIM has not been activated. I am so frustrated and fed up. Everyone seems to be blaming everyone else and no one is taking responsibility. <br> <br> In the meantime, NO SERVICE is STILL on my phone.<br> <br> So glad two of my contracts are due to expire next week - time to move on, been with them far too long now - I am sure there is another company out there that would love the business...
