My husband and I bought our rings at KZN airport in 2021 June. We recently got a new set and we want to trade in the one we bought, went to NWJ in Clearwater what a rude sales person you have there. 1st she said they don’t buy back the ring, when we ask if they they do buy, she said she does know, everything we asked she doesn’t know. After going there for days and the shop was closed. NWJ doesn’t have a functioning website where we can ask questions to find answers, none of the numbers listed under any shop anywhere works. We want to trade in this rings, no other pawn shop want to take them apparently they are ****. Both my wedding ring and my husband rings are ****?? You have to take them and give us money. We have certificates but now it seems like they useless. Can you please advice which NWJ should we go to where we can trade in this rings.
What you are doing it’s really not fair, every month we don’t have connection for days, last month I was advised to pay even when I only only due in the next 4days, but I still paid. Now it’s been 2days and I don’t have connection. I am only due to pay month end. You don’t reply to Whatsapp massages and also emails. Please sort this out because I paid for the service
Its about the 3rd time i order chicken at mochochas new redruth village and they tell me they out of stock of chicken. What kind of a restaurant that operates then they say they don't have wings or quarter leg? its very depressing for such a big franchise to operate so poorly and the employees don't even care..
went to watch Lion King yesterday with kids and had to have fights amangst ourselves where else there are employees who does nothing.. Fighting over sits where they let people sit wherever they want and when we got there with our tickets our sits where taken, we had to be made fools trying to find place to sit and also be moved around alot because where couldn't find a place to sit, our goodies have been lost in the process, popcorns all over the place,
Zebros in Alberton City has a very poor service,, They are very slow and they don't leave up to their words. 1stly I went to buy and they said food will be ready in few minutes then ended up waiting for 30minutes and it wasn't even busy. then today I called and 30minutes before I got there and ordered, trust you when I got the they still haven't done my order, went to shop around a bit came back still not done, then there wings were cold as if they were done long ago.. I am very disappointed because I am from far, and I love the food, but honestly they need to upgrade in Customer Service..
I have chronic medication that Pharmacy Direct says they have delivered but I cant find it anywhere.. I have called them regarding the medication and still no luck, they keep telling me they sent the medication but cant confirm who received so that I know where to start looking, the agents keep giving me attitude as if I don't know what am talking about. Since last week still haven't received any feedback regarding my Complaint with them..

They said they will refund me in March but till to date the are debit orders but no refund.
