My Service was interrupted on Monday 23.12.2024. They only resolved the issue on the 30.12.2024, after numerous e-mails and calls to their contact center. What a bunch of illiterate people. There SLA says 2/3 working days. Clearly between the 23 and the 30 is definitely not 7 days. Either I can't count or something is wrong. I logged the call on Monday the 23rd. They only raised an incident after I contacted them on the 24th again to find out who is looking after my call and when it will be resolved. The excuse they gave me is that no technician is available on the 24th due to my area being a high-risk area. When they approached me to offer me the service it wasn't high risk. My money is just the same as someone that stays in SeaPoint or Gordons Bay, yet I had to wait 7 days to have it fixed. I will definitely not advise anyone to sign up with RSA WEB in future. If that is how you treat your customers that you suppose to provide a service too, then I don't know. I really don't understand how in this day and age you can rob people so blindly.
What a bunch of useless people. Refuse to assist you and don't answer your calls. E-mailed them without any response from them. Even called the office manager's number, no answer. Seems like these people only work when they want to, but is to be expected when you contact a government institution. No telephone etiquette. Claim to be 24-hour service, what a farce.
Hi, be aware of the salesman (Riaan Koen)and the receptionist. They are conning people out of there hard earned cash. My son went to go buy a car there and paid a holding fee to them. He could not get the car as he didn't have a credit record(was still a student)and was politely told that he won't be getting his money back as it was non refundable.The money was actually his mother money that she borrowed to him.I have been fighting and trying to get the money back, but Riaan has changed his number and the receptionist refuse to answer your calls. He keeps on being away in meetings and even promised that he will pay the money back if you lucky to get hold of him. I even went there to go fetch and he has this lame excuse that because of covid business is slow and he is also struggling to make end meet(yet he can afford to wine and dine on boats and go on holidays), a real smooth talker.
I cancelled my contract with MTN about 2 months ago(which they confirmed with me that it was cancelled and transferred to prepaid).2 months down the line they decided to debit my account again without my consent or having a contract with them. I went to a store to have this resolved and they told me to dial 135 customer service.I tried the number but 1 hour later I was still waiting for a consultant to pick up or answer the call.It seems like there is no way of getting hold of them.Even after raising an incident on there website the response is that they will get back to you within 8 business hours or alternatively contact the call centre between Mon - Fri 08H00 - 17H00.
We were scammed by someone who sent an "Uber" driver to collect the phone we sold him. Pop looked legit.He is requesting R400 which was supposedly his fee or he will take the phone to the nearest pawn shop as his "client" did not pay him.He pawned the phone and is telling us to pay for it if we want it back.His name is Davis and his number is 0656694902.Sent us the details of the pawn shop but also a place we cant find on google maps.Got hold of Uber and sent his registration number to them, but all they telling me everytime is that because I was not the client there is nothing they can do about it. Very poor customer service.It seems like they will employ anybody without doing a reference check.
Good day.I have been trying to get an account closure and paid up letter from them for almost a week now and no luck.I was given a settle amount and paid it now I can't seem to get my account closed.I spent almost almost up to 4 hours on the phone just trying to have this resolved and still no luck.They give you five days to pay(which incl Sat and Sun), but doesn't apply to them.Just absolutely pathetic.
Where do I begin, My wife's account shows zero balance, yet they have handed her over to ITC. When I contacted them they also see zero balance on their side and will have the issues resolved. Almost 12 months down the line and I am still awaiting a response them.Even after sending numerous e-mails to them they refuse to get back to you.When you call them they transfer you from one person to the other or cut the line on you. I had to send POP to more than one person and yet they could not help you. They make empty promises and now my wife gets call from ITC due to their incompetence. They said it would take 21 days to have it resolved. These are the most incompetent bunch of people that I have ever come across when dealing with customers and resolving issues.
