I have called the customer care so many times over the last year. I have a contract with MTN, but have not been able access my voicemail for more than a year. The problem has never been resolved. How can calls be closed and no one asks if I can now access my voicemail? Every time I call, the technicians reset it, and nothing changes. I use my phone for work. When I try to go to the next voicemail it tells me invalid option on all the options. Call centre agents just put me back in the queue when I ask the matter to be escalated. Why are you not taking my matter seriously? This is such bad service. No one cares.
Woolworths Sandridge is a disgrace. 20 people in the express queue. People paying with cash gets pulled to the front of the queue. How is this fair??????? Normal queues all the way back into the food lanes. Bad management!!!! No rush from staff. Always queues when you go. Really damages your brand name. So sad that I have to buy from other shops now.
I am so disappointed in FNB. My card expired in Jan 2020 and a new card was issued and sent to Takealot to deliver. I phoned FNB and they just put me through to Takealot. Is it my job to follow up on this with Takealot? Why do I have a private banker if you put me through to Takealot? Takealot just says that they could not get hold of me. I have received about 4 packages from Takealot this year and no one contacted me to say my card is with them. FNB do your own job!!!!!
Dr Pillay has been my GP for a few years now. He is very kind, compassionate and a good listener. Someone that you can trust.
I have logged a call with Virgin Active Headoffice twice already. Still no feedback.
