Platform of livechat must just be canceled coz it is very useless and the agents have no sympathy towards the clients team leader Phil has to teach agents sorft skills
Very good at deducting money with poor/non delivery and no response from customers who supports this useless business.. No good review but nothing is changing actually the must be a petition to close down this business as u de*****ing people
So I order food at kfc Constantia and the delivery guy said that he's bike broke down after monitoring his movement for 30minutes and notice he's not moving then only when I ask he responded he's bike broke down and he's trying to get assistance. I asked him to cancel the order and he said I must do it on my side which I did but didn't get my refund chat to confirm xud be on the app but you guys don't want to refund me and I'm sure the guy went home with my oder and feed his family with my money that I work
I've been on chats since 7:36 spoke to different agent on the chat and no1 assisted.. You ask or respond and they take 10 to 20 minutes and when I don't respond in 2minutes I'm asked r u there and chat added.. Struggel6to get another consultant and still I'm not assistant.. Got different amounts from the lil info I got to pay and I'm so confused.. I wonder if it's because I wanted to downgrade spoke to suzan, didithle and don't recall the last agent but I'm sure chats are saved so you can see the tumeline and how I hot different answers from all the 3 agents..
Why do people who works at metro make it a habit of threatening people with a guy and nothing happens to them.. Who is supposed to protect us If an employer by metro pulls a gun on you and when you report it that person says ure bipolar and makeup all kind of stories.. I'm a victim and I've been scared for a long time but the trauma I went through I need justice for that metro police in pta failed me when a complaint was laid and lies were said at the police station that took the gun and after that another incident happened I was threatened with a gun again by the same person I trusted as my husband..just because a person have a gun for work purpose dissent mean you have to use it to threaten another person fir personal reasons.. This is not fair at all some people don't deserve to be employed at such department wereby they use guns with such a temper. I couldn't have been dead now as nothing that makes sense was ever done and the person still working as an officer
Pathetic call center a lady just dropped the phone and said that if I have a problem of beingon hold for 1 minutes.. And the funny part is the claim that I was enquiring on after that 10minites hold she asked me the date so what was she doing all this while
If it's not rude delivery it's the restaurant canceling the order or taking long and when you cancel thy bill you full price for something that was not even on the way. Haii this Uber eats must just be canceled once it's very useless. Today I order breakfast and really wanted to eat before drinking meds order was canceled by the restaurant after a whole 30minutes and I order again waited for another 30minutes while preparing and I decided let me cancel and just go to the garage now I'm being charged for that meal and when I cancel the app was saying restaurant preparing ure order but it's now a different story.. I'll just delete the app coz I won't pay for something that I didn't get and I ordered twice with no luck
I was admitted on the 6th August and till today my bill not paid as my medical aid hasn't received an update on Los. Spoke to caseman Bridget and she lied and say she's sending and when I called my medical aid on the 30th September was advised that no update was received. Doctors are paid from my savings now I'm on R0 and I can't even consult. According to my experience in the medical field if the caseman send update to the medical aid and the medical aid request more information you as caseman need to send that info. Being difficult won't assist with paying that bill.. Do better and sort this issue out ASAP
I have been on the phone for the past 2hrs and whenever an agent answers the phone its either they will leave me hanging, pretend they can't hear me,put me on hold or just drop the call without assisting. I can't believe the amount of money ive spent today just to get hold of a consultant to assist me . Very disappointed and 2 of the agent habe all my details but if it was network issues none of them has called back just to let me be at ease as they have my contact information. I've sent email and send enquiries on the website but no one has contacted me
So I just called to do a quotation and spoke to tsepo who gave me a very bad service. The way he spoke to me he's like a person who is working on a 30days notice maybe he's leaving the CC. So he was explaining to me about private groups and when I ask him a question he brushed me off, I sked him why he's doing that and he said because he can if he want and he repeat it 3 times then he hangs-up the phone.. I don't know if maybe he's just having a bad day but customer service must always be 100% no matter what we all going though difficult times but yet we do our best and provide good service.
